It does not have internal food menu facility. If you need to eat something you need either to order to a nearby food club (which has limited menu) or go to the restaurants. it will be great if they provide inhouse food facility.

I had an amazing experience at the European Complex. The room was tidy & comfortable having a panoramic view and a great ambiance. The Garden & kids area was a cherry on top. Fruit tress, especialy fennel seed frangrance uplifted the enviroment with its pleasant scent. The food was delicious. The staff was trained & helpful. My stay with my sister and her kids was remarkable and unforgetable. I must say it is a best & secure place for families & females. Will visit again. InshaAllah

A lot of things need improvement i.e. 1. No Boards available on the road 2. Check inn – reception was closed. 3. Soaps / Comb / Towels etc. were not as per status and charges. 4. Spider and other flies found in the room. 5. Menu was not available – Handwritten paper was shown, and kitchen was closed 6. Items – Too Expensive 7. Wi fi Speed Very slow 8. Electricity fluctuation and low voltage 9. TV / Cable not working,

The only thing that made me excited to visit this hotel was the online booking staff who communicated on phone and told about the hotel but found the other way.

Spacious room with aesthetically pleasing landscape. Food choices were minimal due to off-season but food served was great. The staff was really hospitable and didn't charge us extra for early check-in. Amenities like toiletries, Wi-fi, cozy room, hot water and clean bedding in a reasonable amount made our stay a luxurious one. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Had the greatest time there. The place was clean, spacious and the service was impeccable. Room heating was great and the wi-fi speed was also great. Great experience overall and would love to be here again.

Stayed at this amazing resort for a day. Tidy room, amazing staff and wonderful location. Along with providing delightful mountain views, this resort also has beautiful yard with fruitful trees. One of the best experience to spend a quality time with family.

Looking at the area of vicinity it requires massive renovation of modern times. The interior decoration is over done which defeats the very concept of elegance.

My stay at European Complex was excellent. Room were clean and comfortable having quite a good ambiance. One thing i liked the most are the mesmerising views of the nature. I highly recommend to visit this amazing resort.

Cleanliness of washrooms was an issue but the staff cleaned it after asking . Food provided by the staff was really low quality and also the utensils were not properly cleaned. They served rotten bread in breakfast.

Interior was awesome . Kids really enjoyed the swings and fountains in the garden area. Garden was beautiful and full of flowers. It was a very pleasant view. It was located next to Hotel One.

The hospitality was amazing, the owner Mr.Ameer was very courteous, gracious and welcoming. He treated us like his own children and we felt secure and at home. The place was very homely, and loved the ambiance. The service and the staff was very respectful and courteous. The views were heavenly from the room. And the sunset was surreal
