The entrance could have been a little better though. Block A-D have good entrance but the Block E,F have a little drawback if you look from the outside. Once you are in the apartment, Everything is just perfect!

The location was simply AMAZING! The entire apartment was clean, with no extra noise during the entire stay. The staff was cooperative, The host was very friendly, communication was clear. There was warm water the entire time (Which is usually an issue if you look for a room somewhere else in Murree/Bhurban) and the most amazing part was that the huge apartment was affordable and totally worth it.

Host Sohaib/Muneeb is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay, no need to bring anything with you. Kashmir View from apartment balcony was heart touching.

We had informed of our arrival at least a few hours before, and the heating still wasn't turned on. The apartment itself was clean, and the staff was nice but could have been more efficient regarding turning on the heating beforehand. We had warm clothes on and thick jackets that we use in snowy weather normally but still was too cold. We tried keeping warm using the blankets given and patiently waited at least 2 hours for the heating to work. The heaters were gas but were dependent on electricity to be turned on. Shortly after our arrival, the lights went out, and the heaters weren't working on ups. Unfortunately, when our kid started complaining about how cold he was, despite double jackets and blankets, we had to leave and booked Hotel one. If not for heating, the place would have been great. They also didn't accept payment from booking.com, and we paid via jazz cash app.

Really nice apartment. Clean. Beautiful location. Roads bit narrow but not too difficult to navigate. Staff and owner were nice.
