We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

KuwaitNothing notably bad, except what is expected on mountains: - Balcony need a fence on the sides for privacy. Other residents could see us, and it wont cost much to install. - We are on a mountain, so we found 3 insects first day, but nothing else the next day. - Need 4W car
Overall it was a quiet peace stay: - Short free hike near hotel - Bedding is very clean - The view itself of mountains - Isolation from city and noise - Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and memorable.

United KingdomOverall our stay was really enjoyable - the property was good and we liked it but there were a few things that would make it excellent eg there was only one umbrella at the pool so could not lounge at the pool because too hot which was a shame as the pool and surrounds were lovely. same applies to outdoor space at restaurant which was lovely but too hot to sit out at lunch - no umbrellas. we would have sat and had a drink in the afternoon but no shade. An awning over the bedroom balconies would have made it possible to sit outside. a good addition would be a welcome pack with wifi code, restaurant timings and walks. These are suggestions to improve what is a very good hotel and would not be a major cost.

OmanThe upkeep of the areas around and below the accommodation needs to be stepped up in line with this being pitched as an eco friendly resort.
Everyone who comes here would love the infinity pool and would wax eloquently about the views from the rooms and outdoor dining space overlooking Al Hamra which is all true but for me the peace, tranquility and quiet is an experience that is simply out of the world and worth the money spent.

United Arab Emiratesbeautiful property, but poorly maintained. Maybe because of two years of covid and no tourists and they will get better soon. would recommend reaching the hotel during the daytime, the road up is very bumpy and was under construction.
Don't expect the room will look like it's shown in the pictures. We were given a room with no view at all. Only bamboo fence and another building roof in front of our balcony. Even a garden view room had much better scenery. I'll attach some pictures. As we expected to get what was listed we complained and the staff changed the room but said we paid for another room category (which doesn't seem fair as pictures show the room with a much nicer view). The new room was completely the same but with a view of the mountains. Important to mention the staff was very professional and complaisant. The food was good.

The minibar was not stocked, only about 10 tv channels were working, warm water was very limited and the rooms can only be heated with an external heater that you dont want to let run for the whole night. Given the price range of the hotel we had high expectations.
The view is amazing, the staff very friendly and the pool extremly scenic, and the overall experience very nice!

FranceThe hotel is unaccessible with a regular car (4x4 needed). Given the price of the night you could expect the pickup and drop-off to be free. There is no wifi in the room and the TV is pointless as it does not work, but we did not need either of them.
The staff is extremely friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the view obviously worth the trip. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. The swimming pool is beautiful at sunset.
