We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot an eco-hotel. A poor village with camp rules for boy scouts, but for the rich. Complete lack of taste and style in decoration. The atmosphere of devastation and slums. There is no privacy at all - you will be seen and heard by both neighbors and passers-by. Intrusiveness of butlers and staff, but very late response to any requests from guests. It is recommended to walk around the village at night only with a flashlight, otherwise you can get lost. Be prepared for sand everywhere - in your room, in your bed - there are no paths in the village. When it rains, there is dirt everywhere. When the sun is shining - there are no places where there is reliable shade - we either bake in the sun or sit in a house. There are no windows in the bathroom, it feels like a prison cell. The toilet is absolutely transparent in terms of audibility. The staff tries to smooth over the impression with explanations in the style of eco-sectarianism. From everything that happens, the feeling of anxiety is constantly present. We planned and paid for 3 nights at this place, but were forced to flee early the next day after our arrival.
The sea and the lagoon are beautiful. The place would be great if it weren't for this quasi-hotel.

GermanyPrice-performance ratio is not really good. One pays around USD 1500 per night for the „cheapest“ villa. Given this price, I assumed that yoga group courses are included in the price as they are in many wellness hotels that are significantly lower priced. However, they priced a 45min vinyasa group class at around USD 85 which is ridiculous. Also, as a vegan, I was disappointed by the lack of food choices. Furthermore, no clear understanding on veganism exists there. Dishes like „lobster soup“ or dishes that contain feta are labeled vegan in the menu. No one knew why. Also, very few dishes have been labeled at the breakfast buffet. I had to explain to servers what I do eat and what I don’t over and over again. Staff confused gluten-free with veganism. Apparently, they haven‘t been given proper training. When I signed up for a dinner event, I was served side dishes instead of the lamb & could eat only 4 out of the 9 mezze and also just fruit for dessert but had to pay the full price. I asked before signing up and was told that vegan choices are no problem but apparently choice means that they can make some rice with vegetable curry rather than actually providing a true alternative what one should expect for nearly USD 200 p.P.
Friendly staff (everyone was really sweet and attentive), amazing premises - better than in the pictures. Comfy beds. Super clean, super well kept. Amazing scenery.

When at the beach, no friendly service such as ice cream, beverages, food were served as a compliment. The service was average/ poor for the price point.
