We did not have hot water for entire trip, to be fair, weather was extremely hot so the normal temperature water worked, but I guess they need to fix the heater somehow. The last day we were traveling very early and despite requesting any snack or something instead of breakfast, we didn’t receive anything.

Very distant from the city and perfect to disconnect and stay alone with nature and your loved one. Room is clean and AC cooling is very well which is vital as the humidity was at its highest.

Misled us through rates at this online channel. One rate shows without breakfast and the other shows that there is when in fact they do serve breakfast in bed always.

Away from the bustling city and a quick escape to reality, this was the whole purpose of my entire stay. Truly loved how they give emphasis to nature, how great their breakfast was and how accommodating their staff were during our short stay. Highly recommend this place especially during rainy seasons. Will definitely come back here.

The cleanliness of the room was not so good. There were lots of insects in the room. No insect spray or repellent. There is no reception and no one to help at night if needed after 9 pm. No safety deposit box.

The hot water can be a bit problematic because the temperature changes when you are in the shower or bath but it may be due to the area that the complex is in, so is expected.

It’s a beautiful location and it’s not far from the main city centre (around 15 min drive). It’s a beautiful design inside and they give you free snacks and coffee in the kitchen. The bed is very nice and view is lovely. They gave us a late check out, which was nice. Breakfast is also quite nice. Staff are also very friendly.

During our stay, the room heater was not functional, leading to us transferring to other tents. It's worth noting that due to the surrounding trees, encounters with insects like ants and spiders are inevitable in the tents. However, the staff is proactive and efficient in addressing such concerns, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Pack some food with you because only one restaurant delivers food there and it is a bit overpriced for the food they offer.

Lack of amenities and service’s. • Weak Wifi Signal • Cheap Kitchen Hardware ( very basic coffee machine, plates, cups and cutlery ) • Bed is comfortable but the pillows are totally the opposite, seems that are very low quality. • Totally understandable that the experience can be described as a camping located at the mountains and deep inside the wild life, how ever a proper pest control should be done inside the rooms if not daily but at least prior arrival of the guests. • Lack of services in terms of basic needs, food has to be provided from outside only, which at some point is understandable as is described as a camping, how ever basic services as coffee in the morning are not available in all timings, we ordered a coffee along with the breakfast how ever we where told the inside hotel coffee shop will only open from 2 pm onwards, I think is pretty common for anyone to have a coffee specially morning time, an alternative of coffee is inside the room but again, is not considered as a quality standard, for the price of the stay at least is expected a Nespresso Machine, if there’s no future plans to open the coffee shop earlier.

The location is beautiful!! The domes are amazing and they have everything to keep you comfortable and have a good time. They even pay attention to the details like there is a mosquito repellent lotion, and card games!!

this is a new hotel, but it already shows problems with maintainable of the place. Would be very pity if place is ruined for the lack of proper maintenance. Hotel needs to have some checks in place and professional maintenance staff with background in hospitality in big chain hotels to ensure quality and comfort of guests. wall next to kitchenette was so dirty, but in fact it costs close to nothing to keep repainting the wall. something was very wrong with the ceiling of the bathroom - i was just hoping it doesn’t fell down on me. toilet smells pretty bad - I think this has to do something with the sewage system design itself. Hotel did place some fragrance with sticks to mask the smell

The location is not good because there are lot of mosquitoes and you cant set outside and enjoy the nice view. Also there was sewage blockage & no proper drainage.

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, pretty much forget about it. Breakfast is included, but somehow the repeated requests around allergy and dietary needs were not heard. A fixed platter will arrive in your room no matter what you say or request. Hell, even excluding one thing made no change. The same will arrive. Also, sometimes request for small things had to be chased up multiple times. I know it's glamping and not a hotel, but extra towels isn't that complicated. The level of service needs to be looked at.

We stayed for 2 nights at the location during the Kahreef season. Though the views are meant to be amazing due to the season, it was mostly covered in clouds, but it felt beautiful. The camp was comfortable and well-appointed for a glamping location. The location is easy to find and not too far from the Salalah airport. The Levels Cafe right outside serves some great coffee as well.
