Lunch/ dinner has the same menu options. you stay more than one night, they serve everyday same lunch/ dinner. But its fine to go to another resort close by if you need a change. Hotel couldn't give us much information about hikes to pool in the area. We figured it out talking to another hotel. The website should tell about roadcondition to get to the hotel, maybe not everybody is prepared for that offroad trip.

Incredible place where you hardy imagine how they bring all the materials and equipment because of the wild track to let you arrive. You can only come with a 4wheels via dangerous roads. The view is awsome on a small typical mountain village.

The road to the hotel is un- paved but cleaned for 45 min of slow drive

The place is very clean , highly cared of , well arranged and very friendly owner and his staff. The food is very delicious and varied dishes. The environment is relaxing and calm . It is situated opposite to the balad sayt village with view that is amazing and beautiful.

It is noticable that the hotel was finished with poor quality materials. It is brand new now so it looks very well but I expect it will not be so perfect after 2-3 years. Please notice that water is hardly accessible in the area. Hotel offers only small bottles for quests (limited numbers) and there is no permanent shop in the Balad Sayd! It is better to bring water with you from bigger towns. Serious warning for anyone trying to get there without 4x4 car - I have managed to do it (crossover small SUV) but it was very challenging - it may really happen that you will not be able to get there or travel back. There are no asphalt roads in the all area, and many parts of dirty roads along the cliffs are extremely steep.

New, clean, comfortable hotel. Perfect staff, including reception, restaurant, housekeeping and Cafe next to the hotel. Spacious rooms. Astonishing view on Balad Sayd village. Hotel is nestled in the heart of impressive, wild and not easily accessible mountains. Ideal base for trekking in the area or offroad trips. Right next to the hotel is very good café where you can order even sophisticated kinds of coffee.

Not an issue of the hotel per se, but keep in mind road to go to Bald Sayt might be challenging without a 4x4 (but the same can be said for the whole Oman)

Location was great . Just opened property, hence everything is brand new . The owner is a gem of a person. Staff was courteous. They go out of the way to help . We had an issue with the car tyres and they arranged for air pumps. Can’t help praise the Oman people . Every one was so helpful, you just need to stop , they will enquire if you need help on directions. They will go out of the way to help .

Excellent place, views to village and mountains around, spaceous hotel and room. Great hospitality! The owner kindly picked us up from downhill (we didnt have strong car to ride those steady hills). After our stay they drove us back downhill to our car. Great staff! The cook and waiter were excellent! Wish you all the best at the hotel! We would like to come back in a few years to see how the hotel and staff is doing. Really charming place.

This is a new hotel just opened in October 2023 and it is finished to a high standard by the enterprising owners who are from the village. All the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. We ate evening meal and breakfast at the hotel the food was very good and plentiful.
