We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe tried to have a shower, but there was no water, the problem was fixed and all run according to plan, only to wake up the morning after without water and again the staff offered to change room. This kind of things happen and i am glad it was fixed.
I really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect and the staff really helpful. It is a new structure, clean and well set within the landscape. to all the people that have unreal expectations; this place is in a natural reserve in the middle of nowhere and if one expects to find perfection a 5 star hotel is probably better. I think it's a great place, and will certainly go back.

New hotel in fantastic location with beautiful views. Great for sunset & sunrise. Spacious room with large comfortable bed. Basic and cheap restaurant with veggie options.

Amazing location with a fantastic view of Mirbat. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the activities available through the hotel, such as the Leopard Trail hike, Baobab nature hike, etc. The restaurant did a great job of accommodating vegetarian requests.

Saudi Arabia- Mud around the area especially towards the balcony is annoying - Water pressure is low; the boost pump is not working - I was charged OMR 2.5 in addition to the rent shown in my booking for traffic tax, etc.

Also all rooms have Exit to outdoor area but without separation between the rooms and hotel CCTV cameras ate exposed the whole area, therefore no privacy at all! The place is not save for the kids to play a loan where the view from the top of the mountain has no safety after the hotel facility.
The place there is wonderful with a nice view.

Saudi Arabia-lots of Indian tourists were coming to the view point nearby, blocking the entrance to the hotel, and even coming to walk around the hotel and inside it. Even some of them even set up camp just outside the entrance. -there is no internet and no coverage so expect to be truly off grid. -the hotel serves dinner from 7-9 and you have to notify them prior to that if you are going to be eating there. Frankly we didn’t even visit the restaurant because it was crowded with tourists as well (while they don’t serve food?). The nearest town you could eat at is Mirbat, which is about wn hour drive. But good luck driving at night while it’s foggy and raining, and also with animals crossing the roads even at night, it is very dangerous. When we elected to do that we didn’t know what we were setup to face. Also, no one told us about breakfast hours so when we woke up at 9 am we were told that they had just stopped serving it. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms, so unless you adhere to the restricted hours that they serve food at, be prepared to starve :). Also they only put 2 tiny 150 ml of water in the rooms. - The reception area was very disorganized, they were using it for storage of baby cribs and mattresses. I advice against bringing a baby in here!! - It barely drizzled at night but we woke up to our room flooded with water coming from the poorly insulated patio door and bathroom window. -we were placed at room #1 which was across from the employees rooms, had a direct view of employees undressing and hanging their clothes to dry. there is no blackout curtains and you can see right through the curtain. -the hotel is supposed to be new but the rooms are badly finished. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and dirt in the bathtub. -Overall, we thought we could have a relaxing day away from the city and in between the clouds. But Alas! Our expectations were shattered.

United Arab EmiratesThe staff inspite of being informed of late check in didn't respond nor did they take care of the same. we were left standing in the night for a good 30 minutes till we could find someone after knocking multiple times. Staff didn't know the hotel policies for check in and check out and mid way when we were out we were informed of checkout and when we reached the hotel, the staff had packed our stuff in the bags and kept in the lobby..it's just simply unprofessional to a whole level...would never recommend this hotel again though it's sad that the restaurant staff are doing a fab job and they will get impacted
The rooms were spacious, neat and tidy and the place was extremely nice..the staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and made the stay comfortable for the 2 nights.
