Spa (especially hammam) need maintenance. Sunbeds are old and dirty. Curtains in the room need at least cleaning.

Territory of the hotel is nice. Rooms are big, beds are very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good. For dinner definitely will recommend Olive Restaurant, food is good, service is great. Special thanks to chef Sanath and to Mr. Mahbub.

Room smells mold. They didn’t clean it properly, we had tea stains on the table, room cleaner didn’t even wiped it.

Dinner buffet was highly over priced. Almost similar food in buffet breakfast. No option for a diabetic patients. Most of fruits were from packaged fruits boxes.

There were no proper lights in rooms. Rooms were too dark. Bedsheets quality was poor. Hotel need to change pillows also.

Rooms need maintenance. The pool was under maintenance so we had to use the small one by the Italian restaurant. The Italian restaurant adds a 21% service charge to your bill. It is 14% in all hotels and restaurants in Oman. When we asked for the reason, the res. manager said, “that’s the way it is, 21% !”

It’s a peaceful and quiet place for a short vacation. The staff is very helpful. Good breakfast.

Big spaces so moving needs the golf cart and the drivers aren’t really encouraged to take you around. View from the room wasn’t great as we faced the padel courts. Lighting in the room is very dim when Al lights on. Ants found in the kitchenette.

The parkings were very far from the rooms and you need to park then get a golf car to get to your room. It was a busy season (Eid and khareef) and we needed to wait hours to get the golf car to take us to the parkings and sometimes we walked the way because no car came to take us despite several calls to the reception. Moreover, I think they need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms as well considering their rating and the prices.

The overall resort is nice, the location and the beach as well.

Though nothing much. But during eid holidays, too much rush and handling of heavy volume guests was bit challenging to staff lwading to delay in check in.

Resort is close to beach with all the excellent amenities and stay was quite enjoyable with family. Enjoyed Hospitality of staff namely Mr.Anas in Saffron restaurant, who attended promptly to address all our needs.

No activities, and the pool is not special.

The resort is spacious, quite and good for families. The room is spacious, cleen and with balcony.

Rooms were not clean and poorly maintained. Water leaks from the bathtub to room. Switches had grime from previous guests. Wash basins and tub were not cleaned properly throughout the stay. Paint marks on cushions,power outlets and curtain.

I think it was not worth the value of money. The room were not properly lighted , the Ac was not up to the mark and the balcony view could have been more better with more greenery.

Needed more lighting as at night it was dim. Sometimes it took a while to request cart for internal transport however it was a high season. We were unable to use the beach of the hotel because of the sea had high tide so we had to use the secured beach of neighboring hotel

Spacious rooms, organized design, room service personnel are so helpful specially Bashar, saffron restaurant food was good and staff are polite specially Abu Sufian
