the noise coming from the celebrations at the yard between mall and hotel should stop at 8 and noon afternoon to be suspended it was toooooo much really noisy the speaker was really crazy and speakers very loud

The stay was very good and the pool which was at the roof top. Anyone visiting this hotel's swimming pool, do ask for BERT. He was very nice to us. Friendly and provided us with all the needs.

Very noisy. Every day there was a party next to the hotel until midnight. It was really noisy. The room is too far from the left.

Reaching to rooms is a bit of walk as the space is very large and number of lifts seem to be not enough, in case of elderly people that may be bit difficult

Staff was very good edpecially swimming pool attendant (Filipino), Flavours Restaurant staff Ahmed, Chris, Joan, Livan and Sahjeewan. Room service was good too with daily changing sheets and toiletries

-We were put in a double room despite booking a king room, after complaining they attached the double beds together. The room was also a long walk to the main entrance. However, the managers were nice enough to follow up with us the next day and change our room. -While picking up our rental car from in front of the property, the hotel’s taxi driver came attacking the company that is renting to us thinking that they are stealing his customers! We tried to make him understand that we’ve rented the car and he kept shouting! -parking area that is designated for the hotel is very small and almost impossible to find a spot at night, but alternatively you could park at the mall’s parking lot or anywhere nearby, I’m not sure if you will get ticketed for that but that’s what we did.

Location is very central and only a few minutes to the airport, despite that, airport transfer is 6 OMR which in my opinion is outrageous. Breakfast is decent and is served until 10:30 which is really nice

Location is fine. Rooms are very good. Excellent breakfast, do not miss. Friendly staff, Salama at the reception was very helpful. Pool was nice and big enough. as ground floor is a mall, there is a lot of food and shopping options.

The rooms were clean. The only thing we were not happy about is housekeeping could be managed a bit better. We were 4 guests in our room and there were only 3 towels, 3 plates, 3 spoons, ect.. I would suggest the room be stocked as per the number of guests booked to check in. Also there were no glasses provided in the room we did get some after we called room service.

Every staff we interacted with was very sweet and helpful. Being from the service industry, it was lovely to see a smile on every staff members face. They were serving each and every customer to the best of their ability from what we could see. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Happy from banquet who is a very sweet and patient gentleman. There was a situation that had occurred in our presence where a guest was very unhappy and within minutes he fixed the problem and ensured the guest left with a smile. Kudos!!! to the upper management for their training. I believe good service always travels from the top. It always says alot about the organisation and the people running it.
