dinner and breakfast were just perfect. Facilities and extra activities were super easy to arrange, but you will have to do it once you are at the camp. The staff is very attentive and fun, we have been looked after very well! I will definitely recommend and would go again if I am there!

Very nice staff, attentive driver during the transfer from Bidiya to the camp. Food was good, but not spectacular. Rooms very nice and clean. You can do camel riding, dune bashing or quad driving as day time activities.

The tents provide all the essentials, offering the option to select either a room or tent. Our family of four stayed in a tent, creating wonderful memories. Optimal experiences include visiting during a full moon, where strolling on the moonlit sands becomes a captivating adventure. The camp's staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, diligently ensuring our comfort. Despite not feeling well one night, they consistently checked in to assist. Special thanks goes to Farhad and Khalek, who went above and beyond, making our stay enjoyable. They truly enhance the camp's appeal and I look forward to returning in the future.

The light inside the bathroom was dim not sufficient in the night, the “cracking” voice of the mattress when we turn over was annoying.

The location far into the desert, the renovation of rooms , the cooperation of staff, the cleanliness of rooms, food was delicious.

There were few things that were not very satisfying. There could be more variety at the food and make it more traditional omani ( the camel was excellent though). There was network and electricity only for one hour around 21.00. There could have some live music and make it more welcoming for the people they had. We were like 15-18 people so I think this would have brought nice atmosphere. We were there to learn more about the region.

The tents were very nice as well as the location. We had a great service by Khalid.

I felt that a fan might have been provided in the room however, electricity is in understandably short supply so any movement of ait in the room was as a result of opening windows. In the event though it did not become too hot.

Getting to the property was a joy in a self driven 4x4 20 km into the desert. Quite an experience! not only because of driving on sand but also because it had been raining heavily many plants had emerged giving a completely unexpected green blanket in parts. The accommodation was exceptional. The quality of the bed and facilities was unexpected. The food was good throughout. A camel ride for sunset and/or sunrise is a must to do.

Absolutely nothing

Everything from start to finish! The Hospitality was extraordinary, very kind and understanding hosts, we arrived in very late in the Evening almost Midnight as we drove from Dubai that day. The host was able to accommodate us by arranging transport to the safari as our vehicles were not 4x4 and kept offices open beyond opening hours. upon arrival we were provided with Dinner then shown to our beautiful rooms. Food was excellent as well as service from the hosts, had everything we needed for the two days we were there and the views were second to none especially on the camel ride to the open desert and watching the sunset

Spend a night in the desert is an experience that you must to do in your life, amazing! A guide bring us from the office to the camp with a 4WD passing through the desert, we was greeted with dates and tea, the room was really fascinating. Before the dinner we sit near the fire with the locals that offered us camel milk and a tipical bread. The buffet dinner was really good. In the early morning, at the sunrise, we do the camel walk in the dunes to see the sun sunrising, it was an unique experience.
