Large room, A/C worked fine, comfortable beds with fresh clean sheets, very cheap, close to Muttrah, Riyam Park and Old Muscat (but you still need a car, but there is plenty of parking everywhere)

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful; they arrange a very reasonably priced car for us and were always polite and responsive. Rooms are obviously not recently renovated but cleaned, authentically designed and comfortable.

TV was not working.. the wifi internet was poor. i had to use my mobile internet. Hotel is up hill, it is very difficult to reach on foot. no restaurant in the hotel and no near restaurants to reach. you have to use mobile applications to order food.

We were given a property for which the AC wasn't working, we had to change the room at 3 in the night and the hotel person also lied that the rooms were full and he only changed the room when we asked for refund but the room was already available and vacant. Though it's not his fault but he needs to be trained towards customer centricity but the stuff was helpless just this one thing cause us to not get the good experience, again I was the staff was helpful and courteous, the management wad should take care of all the maintenance issues on time

The only thing I can say is that we were a bit annoyed. We traveled during the month of Ramazan and did not have the opportunity to eat or have dinner at the hotel.

Everything is perfect and in terms of room service and cleanliness. The view was great facing the mountain and our room was facing the pool and yard.

We got a room without any view although I am sure those were available. The location is a bit off. We did not have a car and it was not the most pleasant walk to go to Muttrah on foot.

The room was comfortable and spacious. It was very quiet in the room, no noise from neighbours.

Everything was broken and/or very dirty. The balcony door, the main door to the hotel room, everything. It looked like someone did some serious vandalism there. Also the receptionist seemed tired to be working there. And as this was a very cheap hotel, there were other guests screaming in the corridor in the night. We arrived very late in the evening and left early the next morning, so it was still aaalright for one night for this price, but I would not recommend to anyone.

Bed linens were not cleaned and looks old quality. Bathroom tap water comes very slow speed, exhaust fans were not working properly. Bath tub curtain need to be replaced, it was very old and was having iron stains.....
