Everything here was great. The tent was big and clean, the breakfast and dinner were various and delicious, and the staff were friendly as well. The most important reason why we love here is because of Rashid, he was super friendly, kind, and funny! We stayed here in January and we have already missed the beautiful desert and lovely people.

The location and hospitality of the host was great. The tent has everything you need to have a wonderful night on the desert. The camp is located around 20 minutes drive from the pickup point. Food was very good. There is a possibility to rent a ATV or have a nice ride on the dunes. Really recommend this place!

Everything was incredible! From the beautiful accommodation to the food, to the conversation and laughs with Rashid and Mohammed, and most of all the location. Absolutely stunning. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds were so comfy and the activities were fantastic. Jafa (I think was his name) provided beautiful food and was so friendly and helpful in every way. We can't fault this place and can't wait to visit again!

Amazing experience! A small and intimate camp in a peaceful location next to beautiful dunes. Rashid was such a good host, and dune bashing was so much fun. Special mention to food: this was the best dinner during our stay in Oman.

The price for the desert tour with lunch seemed a bit high, but was still fun to do.

The camp is so great! What a peaceful and beautiful location. Also not too far from the car park spot. We stayed for 2 nights with our toddler and loved it. The tents are huge and the beds are comfy and big. We’re vegan and there was food for us to eat - rice, salad, veg, bread etc. Lots of water available too and lovely welcome drink/snacks. Loved seeing the camels in the morning at the camp. Was so much fun riding on the boards down the dunes and playing on the swing. Rashid was absolutely great with our toddler, it was so lovely to witness! Such a friendly and welcoming man. The camp fire after dinner was nice too and amazing to see all of the stars. There are portable chargers provided but just note these are only USB so you can’t charge things that have a 3 pin plug. I already miss this place! The staff that do the meals are also really friendly!

We stayed for one night at Rashids Camp. The best decision! :) Rashid is so kindly, courteous, attentive, funny and, of course, himself. His camp has only 5 tents. For us the best because it was so private. The tents are so big, they have luxury and comfortble beds and a full equipped bathroom. He offered an amazing launch and breakfast. We felt like we were coming home. We would choose his camp again. And maybe we'll meet camels again who make their way back to his camp :).

Rashid is an excellent host but especially a good-hearted person. The camp is not far from Bidiyah but in an excellent location with beautiful dunes from which you can't spot any other camp. He offers many activities and excellent breakfast and dinner freshly cooked from the grill. The tents are clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this camp, great value for money. We had the most wonderful time at Rashid's Camp! Our children enjoyed it so much from minute 1 that they have been talking about it for weeks. The location and tents are absolutely fantastic and Rashid takes care of every little detail with extraordinary care and love. We'll always remember and recommend this experience.

We struggled to find the car park location, maybe clearer directions for that!

Rashid was very friendly and helpful wanting to make sure his guests were all happy, we couldn’t find the meeting place in Bidiyah and he sent someone to find us and take us to the camp. Location was just what we hoped for in the sand dunes and tent spacious and clean, lovely big comfortable bed. Plenty of food for breakfast and dinner, as we were late arriving Rashid faves us a little taste of dune bashing on our way back to the car park.

Probably better to go during the week rather than the weekend if you value silence: there is a lot of motorized activity in the dunes during weekends (Friday + Saturday), as people drive quads and 4x4 for dune bashing. It's part of the local charm though! And also part of the activities that you can book if you wish.

Amazing place in the dunes near Bidiyah in Oman! The check-in is just so much fun right from the start: your 4x4 tires are deflated, and off you go through the dunes to the campsite. Rashid is a great host, very warm and welcoming, and very attentive to his guests. The room was unique and very comfortable, we had a restorative night there. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious as well, in good quantity, served on this elevated platform with a view of the desert camp and the dunes. It was a lovely stay!

Everything!!! Definitely you don't spare money for breakfast and dinner. It was delicious, big bufet with different kinds of food. Rashid is very kind and funny guy, which offers you everything and you can talk with him all the time. Tents are very comfortable and you will be sleep there like a baby!!!

Felt like home due to Rashids warm hospitality. It is a unique experience here, food was perfect, we had nice chats and excellent Omani coffee with our habibi. We went with Rashid to a beduin camp, where we got a ride on a camel and a glance on the village and the way they live. Thanks a lot habibi and see you hopefully again !

Nothing to complain :)

Rashid is an amazing host and so kind hearted. The location is very isolated from the other camps and right behind the last dunes for an amazing view into the desert. Food was very good and plenty available. We also did the camel training camp visit which was very interesting with Rashid‘s explanation. Dune bashing with sunset was also very entertaining.

The place is amazing, , the tents are very big with amazing views. They all have a bathroom with a shower. We had dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent. We had an amazing time with Rashid; he stayed with us for the dinner and we had a very nice conversation. He is an excellent host. Jaffa works in the camp, and he is in charge of the food and cleaning, and he does a great job. I would highly recommend Rashid Place. I will go back for longer time.

This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Oman. I highly recommend staying with Rashid. His hospitality was fantastic, great sense of humour, very genuine and kind. Food was excellent and plentiful. Rashid is very happy to work with you to arrange activities as well. We really enjoyed the dune bashing sunset tour. Book with confidence!

We stayed only one night, but it was one of our favourite nights in Oman! The campsite is secluded enough - further from the city lights and other camps. You have enough privacy, silence and the sky full of stars. Rashid is a very nice owner, who is very welcoming, attentive, has great sence of humour and is an interesting person to talk to. So prepare all the questions you would like to have answered about Oman and Omanis! The food was great and the dune bashing was sooo much fun! :) Cannot wait to come back for more nights!
