This hotel was before renovation. Restaurant is not working but the staff bring the breakfast to our hotelroom. Room was musty and smelly.

It’s no place to have some food, only room service and food is not good. We order 2 times breakfast and we couldn’t eat anything.

Location was perfect for us, as it really close to Seed Marina, where we were taking boat to islands.

The facilities looks quite old, the breakfast is good but we wait around 45 min to get it. The location is far from the main attractions points but is very convenient if you are planning to take the tour to Daymaniat Islands, cuz the hotel is 10 min walking from the port.

The hotel is average. The room is fair, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

They should work on breakfast service. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts but din't see this kind where they take orders and then prepare from the requisite menu which is almost similar in cuisine type. The property is good and it can be turned around genuinely to provide better service to its customer.

The facility (except the rooms) looks like it has the best years behind it - I believe it could use a little refreshment. The gym was closed - could not get in. The nearby beach is not very big and it is a bit rocky - so if you are looking for a beach nice beach you would have to go somewhere else by car. There was a noisy A/C or something in the bathroom which you could not turn off - it can be disturbing in the night but you can get used to it.

The room is very spacious and clean. Looked like it was refreshed in recent years. The staff was very helpful, very nice and polite. Location is not perfect but it is near the sea and if you have a car than location is not a problem. Breakfast was very good with a big enough portions (you don't get a buffet - it is one of three options: continetal / arabic / english). Pool is nice (even if we did not use it because of the weather and plans), but please mind that the water can be cold in winter.

So after all this why do I rate it a 6? The place reminded me of out-of-town joints where men go to smoke, get drunk and "have fun". A lot of money seems to have been spent on doing up the decor but the standard finally seems very basic and not classy. Look at the photo of the colored poles to get an idea. The only dining area which seemed to be "not a bar", by their own description (not sure why they recommended that place for me and wife if we wanted to just eat!!!) was the circular place near the reception. While the food was good the whole place was deserted with lights off until we went in (dinner and breakfast) and smelled of pesticide sprays. This might be a good place for men's outings but I don't really recommend this as the place to be for couples or families. I wouldn't go again if in the area, even if I got a free room - I simply didn't like the ambience. Happy it was just an overnight transit halt.

The staff are simply great - helpful, smiling and - attentive. The premises is big and the rooms are spacious. The location is pretty close to Route 1, making it easy for transit halts. The food was served hot and was tasty. There is enough parking on site and also a decent pool with depth ranging from 4-8ft.

No windows or balconies for the room, and hence, claustrophobic experience The swimming pool also remains closed most of the time Too much rukus during night due to bar activities so can't have any outside walk with family in the resort complex.

The location was just beside the Seeb beach garden The bathroom shower is great, but didn't have any privacy as no blinders or latch was there. Bed was super comfy

The swimming pool wasn't open. The breakfast was a disappointment. They don't know what an omelette is. On the menu, it says filled with cheese and tomato and mushrooms. We got n pancake with onions and tomato pieces in. NO cheese and NO mushrooms. We sent it back and the same flat thing came back with a piece of processed cheese inside. NO mushrooms. Either learn how to make it properly or take it off the menu.

Facilities and Furniture needs a major maintenance overhaul, all of them are at least 10years old! Bringing in some modern look and feel will make it worth calling the property a resort, as of now just a hotel by the beach for local bachelors to party in a reasonable price!

Whatever the property lacks in look and feel, the staff make up to it with their professional and calm hospitality :-) Stayed in Nov first week, a month after hurricane Shaheen but still the pool was not cleaned up from damages! Location near to Seeb Beach Park, Entertainment options and the secluded area keeps the place running ;-)

Long way to walk from car parking to the rooms .. and the room doors along corridor were open with lots of men seating infront so there was no privacy and annoying. The cigarette smell was all around the place including inside the rooms

The staff were always welcoming, it was so quiet inside the room and the room is spacious plus the toilet is amazing. This hotel is just opposite to Seeb beach.

There were restaurants on site, but no information was provided about their menus or opening times. It would have been good to have this info in the room.

The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water were provided daily. There is a bar on site serving alcohol at reasonable prices. Good free WiFi. I only ate there a couple of times but the food was good, and reasonably priced. I will stay again.

The resort is so old everything was over used carpets ,sofa,tv,the fridge is so old and not working ,there was no elevator only stairs

The sink in the bathroom did not work. The room's window faces a corridor. The bed is very much worn-out, dilapidated and extremely soft. The beach is impossible to access on foot.

The rooms are all the same with out windows.

1. Improved costumer service since last stay. 2. Newly hired gym staff to oversee gym and pool. 3. Complimentary BF is great. 4. Check-out time extended for free. 5. Location just 5 mins walk to Seeb beach, the beach is well maintained by the government.
