I don’t like nothing bath robe in the room and they close the swimming play for kids every 2 hours

Very strict check-out policy depsite mentioned online late-check out possible, the beach access is not serviced, no beds or towels or umbrellas etc. Swimming pool needs better service and updating the pool beds.

Family friendly, Kids water-park and Dinner buffets with good selection and good quality food, Good and better Room rates from booking.com .

I book one room for me and my wife however there was few things I did not like it; first gave to me 1 room entry card and when I reached to the room I found the card is not activated, I found in the room only one tooth brush, one in-room chose (slipper)and no hairdryer, I also found the bathroom curtain is not working and the water kettle is not cleaned. last but it could be not related to Hotel business; the hotel beach is very dirty after late heavy raining which I believe one work is enough to clean. I believe such excellent infrastructure hotel should take care of such small things

Restaurant and swimming pool staff can behave in better way, customer satisfaction is a priority … Towels not available before 1030am… Beach area needs cleaning it looks very dirty unfortunately

- Cleaning and facilities wasn't as expected from a 5 star hotel. - require a maintenance in many spots.. Inside and outside the room.

- Mini water park was perfect, especially for kids. - staff are helpful. - parking available for free.

Very friendly staff, we had a problem in the room and they changed us twice, gave us a free upgrade to excuse for the hassle. Really great facilities for kids, small playground area and different oils with slides.

The hotel could improve the breakfast options. The womens changing room by the pool was smelly in the evening.

The room with the balcony was very nice, and the pool facilities were very inclusive for small kids as well as the entire family. We really enjoyed the entire property.

Room maintenance needed

The room was nice with huge balcony direct to the ocean, The location is quite far but still reachable to the nice cafe near by with taxi (in case you don't own a car). Al Zafaran was just okay nothing special but shout out to the aqua bar which has a wonderful service staffs including the front of lady as well.

Strangely, beside arabic channel all the western channel were banned (RAI. CNN, France 24, BBC) to the rxceptio. of Russia Today. This created a malaise. The pool needs some serious upgrade. Most of the tiles seems ready to go.

The size and comfort of the room are superb, as is the ocean view. The Iftar buffet was exceptionally yummy and with a very large variety of choices.

Great hotel with extensive pool area, well equipped gym, spa and excellent cuisine. Absolutely wonderful experience and the personnel was just exceptional! We were upgraded to a nicer room upon arrival.

The noise from corridor was too high and too much during the night. The door seems to allow all noise from outside room. Some cleaning happened during the night. Corridor looks not maintained well. Neighbor rooms were very loud. Breakfast was very poor, not worth for the money spent.
