The room was very spacious, clean and modern, equipped with little fridge which was very useful. Hotel is new and staff was helpful. There is a parking spot in front of the entry which was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Three things: air conditioning - its location (in front of the bed) and the level of cleanliness... the smell it emits shows that it requires immediate cleaning and disinfection. Tiles in the shower - be careful, because they are very slippery. Gap under the entrance door and the thickness of the walls - the room is not soundproofed, you can hear the hotel guests behind the wall and what is happening in the corridor.

The hotel is several kilometers away from the historic part of Nizwa, which did not bother us, because it was mainly about overnight stay. We planned to visit the monuments of Nizwa for the next day. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, so you use the offer of a nearby coffee shop. As for the room, it is large, equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge and air conditioning. The hotel staff is helpful and nice.

Better if you have a car. No restaurant within the hotel but eateries nearby. Don't expect water views behind the hotel based on the map - it's completely dry! Reception staff solved problems but could some have been more friendly. Oman is a safe country but the safety deposit boxes should be secured and not loose in the cupboard!

Modern hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and hot shower. No issues with parking. Good value at 27 rial per night. Staff allowed us to change room to have a better front view.

Probably not the best location (10-15 min drive to fort and souk), but parking there is available and hotel is easily accessible. Some might find the pillows too hard (beds were very comfy though)

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, free omani coffee and dates, clean and spacious room ( incl. Fridge, small table, 2 chairs, 1 bar chair) comfortable bed, great value for money, parking in front of hotel available. Lulu hypermarket around the corner (carrefour as well), and recommendation for coffee: Fusil coffee shop behind Lulu.

Floor was slippery when wet. Need some floor mat to cover the wooden floor.

It was clean, tidy and convenient for exit from Nizwa but close enough to drive in. Pool and gym nice and some shops close by.
