There are a lot of mosquitoes. Very noisy and badly located AC in the room Shower has no borders, so it’s always wet in the floor in the toilet.

The price is good and it’s good for short stay. There is bbq equipment (not all) and nice place to sit outside, like small privet garden.

It's a nice place to stay close to Nizwa. There is a park near the accomodation. Staff was nice and helpfull. Rooms are big enough.

The toilet was a bit smelly, but it had just rained a lot and that might be the reason.

Really nice hut in a natural area close to Nizwa. The area is really quiet, the staff nice and friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Wi-fi is ok and there is air conditioning. The beds are confortable. Perfect for nature lovers and camping enthusiasts.

We missed a kettle and some space to put your things in the bathroom. The AC was very loud and there were no nightstands.

It's very simple and basic but it's perfect for one night to visit Nizwa. Everything was clean and they provided a towel, soaps, shampoo and a dental kit. There was a refrigerator (be careful, the top part is a freezer and in our fridge there were no separate compartments so some things froze). Overall for that price you can't complain, we didn't expect anything fancy.

The room has a very bad smell , its old establishment… not so clean and because is with trees many trees around has a lot of mosquitoes and flies. I think that the smell was the biggest problem. Close the bathroom door … it helps 😊

It’s around 12 km from the city center . Not so far away. Easy to drive till the suq market . The reception was very kind and helpful. Nice the idea to leave in a camp close to a big city

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower and helpful manager. No cooking facilities or utensils although there is a small barbecue and outside table and chairs.There is a small fridge but you must bring your own charcoal and cooking equipment if you want to prepare your own meal.

The bed was hard and not very comfortable.

The location is a little outside Nizwa, but it is good because it was quite. If you have a car the location is not a problem. The staff was nice and helpful. The cabin is very basic and looks a little old but it was good enough for a price that we paid. It was clean. There is a fenced patio/terrace in front of cabin where you can sit in the evening.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom is quite old and primitive. But still doable.

Extremely friendly staff! Compliments to them. They welcomed us super friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. Good price for this stay. 15 min ride from Nizwa. Bed is a bit uncomfortable, and the bathroom is quite primitive. But overall a good stay for this price.

Basic and simple accommodation good for one night stay. Well positioned if you travel from the desert to Jebel Chams. We could park right in front of our door. We haven't explored a lot. The guy at the reception was nice and helpful, even though we arrived after check in time.

Went there just to relax a bit before heading up to the mountains , we arrived late around midnight , thankfully the receptionist was still there, we had dinner already before heading there so for us it was just unwinding . Perfect remote quiet place. Wonderful if you like that quirky settings , patina .. rustic. Loved that reality. Thankyou Noor Majan camp. Would like to comeback 😇👍🏼

The bed is hard as rock. The lizards are big and bothered me a lot. It's in bedrooms and bathroom. We reached at 6.30a.m and there was no person to contact. The contact no.displaced there also had no response.

The Look and feel of the space as a camp is good. The staffs were very friendly and kind. Recommended for short stays.

The personnel were wonderful and welcoming, and the location was immaculate. The water had excessive pressure and was hot. Everything was excellent in comparison to the cost. We barbecued in their yard while they washed our dirty dishes, provided hot water for tea, and even gave us a table for dinner. The setting is lovely, and the personnel is friendly. I'm certain that I'll return there. Thanks for everything

If you go around using your own transportation it's fine, if not, it will be a bit tricky to get here.
