I didn't like the fact that the apartment is not having floor rugs... The marble was cold all the time even when AC is off.... Didn't like the fact that there is a major road intersection, where at night you can get serious noise from all the speeding cars.... Since there is no rugs in the floors inside and outside the apartment, you will always get uncomfortable when you hear the services trolley in the corridors, even when someone in a another apartment is moving a chair or a table you will hear the squeezing.....

When i chek in no one helps me with my laggage, the guy in the reception gave me the trolley and asked me to get my laggage alone , i asked for baby bed they say tomorrow , because no one here to pring it to my apartment but i didnt get it , the apartment does not have carpets, The curtain is old, and if you pull it, it falls، There are insects in the bathroom ، Water fills the pool when swimming and need time to drain , Sewage water fills the parking lot and there is an unpleasant smell, but it was fixed after a few days

Spacious apartment, great WiFi, All family needs، near by the grand mall ,in the middle of Muscat city, near by every thing, the avenues mall is walking distance, quiet apartment, its a great choice for families, big car parking area and always free, when ever i ask for room cleaning they will do

Ac is very bad, temperature ok but the AC fan is very bad , I couldn’t sleep for 2 days thus I left the property at the second day and one day left with them

it was not clean enough and some used tooth brushes in toilet found and used used tissue and we order some thing from that room service. It was very bad like breakfast was cold and you ordered one dental tools but they didn’t arrange it.

1) Room service is poor needs gross improvement: - Coffee capsules weren’t refilled. - Bathing items (shampoos/ shower gel/ etc.) weren’t refilled. - Beds were full of small bed bugs, to the extent I bought sanitizers for getting rid of them… - Beds’ linens weren’t changed or even shaken!! - I noticed an used towel was kept on the towel hanger as a new one (after room service duty) - Toilet floor mat was not available at master bathroom. 2) IT & maintenance: - Some of TVs lost their AV functions for which the hotel had to move me from one apartment to another! - I faced a strange situation while living in the 2nd apartment… all the lights in master bedroom turn on on their own (around 3 am), which could be technical issue that might lead to hazardous consequences if not fixed. - Cooking odors were so strong in the alley & annoying.

this hotel apartment is very clean and also the staff are amazing and so helpful ad polite, the manager mr Etrat is very helpful and amazing person he is i any situation help for both mellinum hotels. love this hotel very clean and so comfortable. choose here never regret its amazing.

Awful sewage smell in the kitchen sinks & in the bathrooms was a huge turn off & shocking for grand millennium standard
