In the breakfast restaurant there was a head of waiter who was not regular person. Every time I went for the breakfast he comes to notify something to me. Once he mentioned not to seat on this table. Once he mentioned only one fruit per person. Once he mentioned not to eat anything provided outside of the hotel restaurant near to the swimming pool. I think this behaviour is not professional and eventhough the hotel has good facilities, construction and interior design, I was surprised with his manner.

Hotel facilities and construction as well as interior design wad very nice.

The room wasn't ready and I had to wait for about 45 minutes although I've arrived 14:15. The staff were confused and trying to help but the room just was not ready. My wife got upset and we've almost quit the stay! It was the first time I face such hassle.

It's not the first time for me, it's always been my regular destination. Mostly everything.

Hotel is near the highway and there are super markets near but not easy to reach by walking. City center is far but anyway you have to order taxi so it´s not a problem

Nice modern hotel and situates in the direction if you arrive to Sohar from Muscat. To the center you need taxi but this can be arranged from reception. Breakfast was good and hotel was not so crowded. There are super markets not so far and if you want to see Qaboos mosque it´s not so far from the hotel.

32 nett without breakfast not value for money. And booking.com site not clear about breakfast at the time of booked the room.

we ordered a king room bed with a view. the beds were not king. not even queen. they are double bed sizes. and when we asked they said that was the biggest bed. they should clarify that in the booking. also the single beds are of the smallest size of single beds.

Hotel does not serve alcohol until 6pm and then only around the pool - strangely one is not allowed to take alcohol into the restaurant so we had our meal outside by the pool - however we accept this is the local custom and thus respect it. Also need to check meal ingredients if you have a food allergy. My wife is allergic to mushrooms and the meal she chose didn't indicate the presence of those - but they were there so we should have specifically checked. Otherwise the hotel was very satisfactory.

A modern hotel where we chose to break our road trip as it was conveniently located roughly half way between Dubai and Muscat. Staff, as everywhere in Oman, kind, attentive and pleasant. Food good and generous portions. Room was clean, comfortable and well enough equipped for a one-night-stay. Had trouble with RFID room key (seemed to be a recurring problem in Oman) but quickly sorted with new batteries in the lock! Hotel is clearly visible from the road so reasonably easy to find which was a bonus as we were not yet used to Omani road system. Decent breakfast buffet. A good choice of accommodation for what we wanted.

The hotel is great for the short-term stay. We stayed for a night and everything was great. Special thanks to Manager Huda, she helped a lot with a late check out, highly appreciate her help!

slow procedures in the reception cleaning the room is poor eslecially vacuuming the carpet. 2 people are stying in the rooms they bring 1 tooth kit and 1 sandal in the room no pray carpet in the room.
