Breakfast was stale. AC was not working. Bath and others are aged and falling apart.

The cleanliness was a bit of a downside. Received only one dirty towel with black stain on it. Had to request a few new towels. AC smelled funny. Dirty carpet and floor. Non temperature controlled pool and the pool was not cleaned properly. Had to swim in a chilly water with debris floating around.

The size of the room. Free upgrade to 3 beds due to 2 beds was not available. Dolphin watching trip was also provided with an extra charge including transport from the hotel to the jetty. Breakfast was nice.

breakfast very bad ( only little kinds of dishes) room old style and expensive ( the room not worth 33.150 OMR ) if rent same room in other hotel will not cost me more than 18 OMR even no cofee or tea or water or towel in the room (so i have to ask for each one )

The lack of higiene and the noise created by other guests. Breakfast food was covered in flies and bathroom was old and not clean.

The hotel need to really improve breakfast, both in terms of options as well as quality. The service also needs improvement. I saw the resturant environment, so it is better to have lunch n dinner from outside

The overall stay was comfortable n nice with good basic facilities from a three star hotel perspective. It is value for money. The staff (Mustafa, Haleema, Ruqayya, Luqman) is very polite and cooperative. The property is bit old but well maintained. It is almost in middle of the town so easy to navigate. Very calm n peaceful environment. I belive it is the best option in town after Atana Khasab Hotel

General comfort of the room was not acceptable. Low water pressure in the bathroom, no sound proofing (noisy hallway). There is a restaurant but not worth it. Food is bland.

Budget friendly place with a clean and spacious pool. Close to the airport and with a free shuttle service

Absolutely nothing!

Everyone was exceptionally warm and friendly. Halima at the reception was very friendly and took utmost care of our requirements. She even arranged some excursions for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Khasab especially with family. The hotel was extremely clean as well.

it needs maintenance. There are no services or restaurants except the restaurant in the hotel. I hope the rooms are maintained and a solution to the annoying birds at night can be found and AC noise fixed before my next stay

A wonderful stay at the Khasab Hotel with a helpful and friendly reception and service staff, late check out up to my flight time, spacious and clean room, good breakfast and nice swimming pool with kids playgrounds

When you enter the permises you enter the restaurant part. The reception is on the left side of the building. There was some sort of smell in the room. Whenever you come back to the room, the smell hits you 😕 Ac was okay, but its air flow was not hitting the bed. Tried to set on bed but didn't work. The water pressure is very slow in the washroom.

Breakfast had different varity, three types of juices, coffee, hot milk, and cardamom tea. The menu was changed daily.

Old style but well maintained and very clean good value . Amazing staff. 5 mn by car from the boat trip.

Very clean, staff very friendly, good space Im The room. Dinner at restaurant next to pool is relax and food is generous/fresh and very good we loved it, staff is doing everything to please you with big smile. We will be back, we feel Home.

Breakfast is really very, very poor specially for not lical people.There should be iogurt and dry fruits or more kind of flakes (there was only one). , more types of breads, Also , everyday should have scramble or fryed eggs, so commun in all omani hotels. Another thing was the butter. Everyday the butter was melted, impossible to use. I think it was because of the heat of the weather. It could be solved by simply put them in a plate with ice. That's the only thing for not give them a 10.

Rooms are big. Beds confortable. They pick you up at the airport and have transport to let you in the city center. There is a big swimming pool. The restaurant cooker is fantastic. The food was very tasty.. The girls at the reception are fantastic, always ready to help you in everything, including book tours or find someone to let you see the sundown...

Nothing much to dislike except that price was a little high.

Almost Everything. Very polite, friendly staff. Mr.Mustafa at the reception was very cooperative. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Even though some items were not there but they prepared it on request. Very sweet restaurant staff. The pool was clean with shower facility. Cannot wait to stay on this hotel for my next trip! Totally.opposite to my horrible experience at Diwan Al Amir hotel last time.
