The kids play room is very disappointing especially because people book based on this facility being advertised. There is nothing to do in there and my kids were bored.

The room was a good size and it was very clean. Housekeeping team are amazing and always smiling. The breakfast was good and the Philipino and Indian staff especially welcoming.

There were two rooftop swimming pools. One for women only and one common for men and women. Guess which one was crowded all the time?

The hotel and the rooms are so clean, cozy and modern. We couldn't complain about anything! The "mixed" pool is just amazing! Awesome view, sun beds and the hanging chairs were sooo relaxing! Actually, our stay began with a super helpful Ahmet at the reception. I've never seen anywhere in the world such a helpful and kind person! He is so professional! He made our stay way more pleasant. Why? One of the reasons is that later the first day our AC stopped working. Nobody at the reception was able to solve it (for 2 days!) until Ahmet appeared at the reception again. The problem was solved within 15 minutes! Next time we'll come to Muscat, this hotel is definitely a MUST!

There are two swimming pools, but they could be too small when the hotel is crowded.

I found a great staff, very kind and polite. As for food, I've only had breakfast and since it was an international one, I could eat my typical Italian breakfast, with croissants, cappuccino, coffee...and they were fine. Quiet environment even though we were on the Eid holidays.

The Hotel reception staff was very courteous and polite and made sure we had a comfortable stay. the hotel has a laundry service for free where they have kept washing machine n dryer on the 7th floor to use. The hotel has ample of parking space in the basement and in front of the hotel. the hotel is located close to the eating and tourist spot. there are restaurants walking distance 7-10mins from the hotel so you dont have to search. Sultan Qaboos mosque is 10mins from the hotel by car. We got the garden view which was amazing. It is better to rent a car while travelling because taxi is not reasonable and its a problem to get one.You can just sit outside in the garden and enjoy the birds sound and its so peaceful.
