We had a broken cupboard and the cups in the bathroom were really dirty. Also, breakfast and dinner buffet choices was very limited, cold and was not replenished.

Everything! Very kind and welcoming staff, amazing view from the room and from the restaurant. The breakfast and the dinner were amazing. The rooms were spatious, very comfortable and extremely clean! The hotel is very close to the famous green terraces hike. We would love to return.

It's too costly for what it has to offer.room was just average size.no locker in room.its decorated as a 4 star in the name of a 2-star hotel, but I could rate it as 3 star Staff were willing to help We got room on the last floor 3rd floor Mountain View but couldn't see much as it was foggy the time I was there Highlight was getting lunch and dinner there, which is best..meal options were OK to us..not much to choose from, but they tried. If the price was lower, I would definitely choose again. We came for Eid but had booked weeks again, yet the price was high

Included dinner meal and breakfast was not the best. Nothing spectacular but it was enough to sustain until getting a proper meal at your restaurant of choice.

Budget friendly accommodation, with a great central location that’s near to restaurants and other popular/pricier hotels. Building is fairly new, room was clean and well maintained, and offered relaxing mountain and sunset views. Reception staff was friendly and professional; the young man staffing the restaurant was very kind, proactive and helpful.

Nothing as everything was good for us.

The breakfast have various food to choose form and it do cater for kids as they are sausages and breads for them to eat. The view was marvellous and you can either sit inside or outside for this. We got a ground floor bedroom, it is spacious but not so sound proof as we can hear people talking as it is near the lift. But other than that, the facilities are tip top. They also have some sort of playground at their backyard and scenic background for photo.

Out of the 2 rooms, one room/bathroom had a strong sewer smell so I had to ask them to change that room to another one. Other than that, no problem with the stay.

Great location, newer hotel, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ok, the dinner was better. We really liked the property. Rooms were moderately spacious. It felt at like a 3 star propoerty to us even though it's categorized as 2 star.

It was understaffed or appeared to be, the dinner was all out during the allotted time either they were unsure how many guests they were having or couldn’t accommodate them. Lots of complains by other guests too about room not being ready on time.

Best budget-friendly hotel in jebel akhdar. Just a few minutes away from the town. Hotel is relatively new and staffs are very friendly. The setting is breathtaking with mountain view. Try for half boarding while booking as it is worthy. They got a play area for kids too..

The hotel is relatively new and everything is new and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the room with its Mountain View was exceptionally quiet. The hot water shower was superb! That’s all I wanted after a long day of mountain hiking! Food was good and staff were friendly and spared no effort to help. Thank you!
