We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

OmanThe start was not good, everything seems to take very long time starting from check-in, getting the cart to the room was not ready and we had to walk a considerable distance. Ordering food was extremely extremely slow and we were given part of the order only. Mr. Maher was extremely cooperative and he offered to fix the problem immediately by his nice words and support. Really appreciate him for his professionalism.
This is our first stay here. We stayed multiple times before in other luxurious hotels in Jabel Akhdar. The location is nice and so much facilities are available. The adventure park is of course the best part of the resort. Myself and the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast and dinner were super and offering so much of varieties. I would differently recommend this hotel for others and hopefully will come back again.

OmanIn the guest rooms - minibar cooling was not good and the guest room slippers were small in size. Additional english entertainment channels (especially movies) could be added to your TV network. Club car shuttle services could be better improved especially between the chalets and main building as its quite a distance and we couldn't avail of the service in between.
Centrally located. A resort that is extremely welcoming to families with all the amenities that you need. The guest room & bathroom is extremely modern and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The mountain view was good. The resort is well lit at night and looks amazing.
