I stayed there for a night. Everything was fine. The breakfast was good but it could be better. The problem was the swimming pool I expected a cleaner place. All other things were just fine.

The roof top pool was great but could do with some attention. It was a bit dirty and quite a lot of tiles had fallen off and were loose in the pool. Needs to be drained, repaired and cleaned.

The pool was a little overheated. The surrounding area is not very attractive, however there is a Supermarket and also restaurants & cafe in walking distance.

Corridor is little narrow or congested. Difficult to get car parking. Smart TV not there. Tooth paste/brush not available in situ .

The pool was amazing on the rooftop. I haven't used the gym, but it looked great too. My room was enormous!! I really enjoyed it. You can park your car right in front of the hotel.

The iron in the room was faulty and more importantly the pool could have been a bit cleaner. Not sure if it was rust, or a chemical imbalance, but the pool water stained all our swimming outfits

The quality of the pool water was not good, they had used disinfectants more than the standard.

The rooms were large and attractive. Considering that I am a hotelier, I always pay attention to details in the construction of a hotel, I must say that this hotel is very well built and equipped. The staff were trained, polite and kind.

Not sure why the pool is heated in such a hot country. I went for a refreshing swim and had to get out after a few minutes as it's like swimming in a hot bath! Not pleasant in the heat. There is quite a bit of construction going on in the vicinity so it's not very peaceful on the rooftop!

Everything was good about the hotel. It was comfortable and very close to the airport. Staff booked us an online taxi on our departure for an excellent price and got to the airport in good time. There are lots of Indian restaurants close by too.

Room very confortable and clean, good location when you just landed and you need to leave Mascate the next morning. We didn't have the time to see the swimming pool. Staff very nice.

The warm/hot water took at least 5 minutes to heat up (every time we need to use it), service was not exceptional

There was a very delicious omelette prepared by a thai guy in the breakfast corner, some fruit also ok, but a bigger part of food was not standard hotel breakfast. But as the omellete was really delicious, it was no big deal as we stayed only for one night

pool, never used, always looking bad and seems full of bacteria and dirty. on all my time daily checked and always disappointed. i suggest you if you dont want to eat too much oil dont order from thailand restaurant located in the lobby

The wifi was quite slow and poor. The drinks machine and drinks options were terrible at the breakfast buffet. I opted for a hot chocolate and got dirty hot water dispensed from the machine. My husband opted for a latte and got hot water with some milk dispensed into his cup.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety available and lots of freshly-made items on the menu. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Quite a lot of construction work in the neighbourhood.

The location is handy to get from/to the airport and visit the Sultan Qaboos mosque. The staff are very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and space of the room. The rooftop swimming pool was nice. Overall I thought it was very good value for money.

The breakfast was good but not great. We liked the omlette/egg station, the service was awesome, but some of the stuff seemed odd like noodles and curries for breakfast and the selection seemed limited for a 4-Star property.

The room was very spacious and it was in a great location. This was incredibly close to the airport and close enough to get to all the main spots in Muscat. The staff were super friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We cannot thank them enough. They did a great job cleaning the rooms and their service was top tier.
