Initially the location was thought to be a little out of the way but truely it didn’t matter. I would suggest paying a little more for a 2nd floor room as it offers a balcony and better light.

Nothing was a problem for the reception staff who have superior service. The pool, gym and steam room were fabulous and the food was very good.

Some days the cleaning service wasn't really good, some days they gave us disgusting old torn towels. The pool bar is terrible. Even we paid 12 OMR, we were waiting 30 minutes for 4 coffees.

We liked the apartment, it was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The breakfasts were superb, huge sort of different meals. We appreciated the bus service that takes you to the beach club.

Great property, great location. Pillows are very uncomfortable and AC didn’t work well, made a lot of noise and wasn’t cold. Great staff !

Our apartment had a strange stale smell, the house keeping were prompt in response but could not get rid of that smell. The rug in living room was very dirty that was removed at our request. The sofas in living room also had stains and spots. TV remotes had dead batteries and cutlery and crockery was missing. Everything was provided immediately at our request however these basic things should not be left for guest to ask instead supervisors and quality control should make sure that the rooms are well equipped before guests check in. The gym also needs an upgrade. This resort can easily achieve very high rating by focusing on maintenance and cleaning.

The food at the resort could've had a wider selection of dishes, as I'm not a huge meat eater and felt that there could've been more on offer for semi-vegan eaters. Additionally, there were times when I did feel that the meals were being reapeated from the breakfast selection. But, as a non-meat eater, I speak from my non-gluten and semi-vegan perspective. Overall, the buffets were reasonably presented and tasty, if you don't mind repeated side dishes of rice and vegetables.

As a solo travellor, I felt completely comfortable at this hotel. It was lovely having access to such a nice pool, women's heated pool, and ladies' gym. I must say the ladies' gym had really good facilities and the best I've seen so far in Oman. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing getta away as I was. Lastly, I must mention how pleased I was with my deluxe room, and I was also wonderfully surprised by the camel heard sighting outside my bedroom window, which made up for the initial disappointing view. Thank you again to the resort for my lovely stay and for letting me stay on sight before my very late flight.

Bed was a little too soft, cupboard door didn't open properly and wasn't fixed even after requesting. Slippers and some toiletries could be provided for a better experience. Pool was not temperature controlled and was quite cold even though it was sunny outside.

Quietness, water provided every day, and a nice bath tub. Room was equipped with modern amenities. Situated slightly outside the city.

The cleaning crew need to put more efforts to ensure housekeeping and chalet cleaning are done right. Also, we had a case where the crew came into the chalet while a member of the family was sleeping inside.

Hotel is comfortable for family and the facilities available are good for kids, adults to spend good timings.

Very good experience.we faced very smooth stay. Breakfast is good. I had an exam after check out and when i asked for a closed room to do the exam,They were very supportive. In our stay,We used 2 standard rooms and then changed to Chalet. We liked the chalet so much. We were 4 adults ,2 kids, 2 infants. My kids enjoyed the kids club and swimming pool.

Rooms and atmosphere is good Staff needs training on how to deal with customers for that they would like to come back again. Not treat as one time visitors. First resort with no coffee during breakfast. Waiters asking several times if we really want 2 eggs, surprised about their behavior. You have a good resort, don’t act like a cheap property.
