Nearly everything was good but in the evenings the chef was not always available for Iftar/dinner. Manager did not seem to be aware until I mentioned it at checkout. He was very apologetic and they were already employing a new chef that week.

Large lounge and bedroom. Good air condition. Clean throughout, including bathroom. In a quiet area, but not far from Salalah. Nearby were several shops and restaurants. Very nice garden, full of birds. Clean swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Food good when available. During Ramadan, was available in room. Plenty of free parking.

This turned out to be the biggest surprise of our 18 day trip to Oman. The staff absolutely went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Nicely landscaped and pleasant pool. We had a suite and appreciated having some extra space. It was all very comfortable. The breakfast was quite special, fruit plates, excellent coffee.

I had to return home!

This hotel is highly recommend for the quality/price offered. .The room was large and comfortable. The staff and the receptionist extremely friendly. Especially Tariq who helped me navigate the area with good detailed plans to make my visit in the Dhofar region very pleasantHe also allowed a late check out.The breakfast and meals were plentiful and varied.The Chef Mufsi and Saif tried to make everything work well and even provided me with deluxe service and meals .This hotel has also a relaxing swimming pool and what was to be a stay of one night ended in 3 night stay! Thank you all for a wonderful stay. A perfect stay for knowing all the region.

Our stay was superb. We drove for 17 hours from Dubai so we really needed something comfy so we can rest upon our arrival. We had a huge, cozy and classy room and we were provided with all the amenities we needed. Saif was the one who greeted us and he made sure our stay will be pleasant. Thank you so much Saif and to the whole Atana team for an exceptional service. Indeed we will come back, looking forward to the sweets and delicious biryani again.😊

An excellent stay. The staff ( especially Muhiuddun, Tariq and the chef Mufsi) were excellent. Its a fantastic place to retreat to and rest, as well as a great base to explore Dhofar from. I sometimes go alone or with my family, and its always excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect!

There are hotels with clean, new, spacious and well equipped apartments, cosy, stylish and comfortable rooms, additional facilities like a swimming pool plus car park at your doorstep. There are hotels with truly professional staff, excellent services, delicious food and really friendly atmosphere. In Atana Stay Salalah you get all above mentioned and much more. There is a difference between just a professional smile with polite approach and authentic warmth. Do you remember Winston from John Wick films? Handsomely calm, elegant and by all means professional who can arrange anything for you? Add a genuine ever present smile to that and you have Mr. Zulfukar - the manager. Have you ever been to Sri Lanka and tasted the cuisine? Well, you have it stright from the hands of Mr. Mufsi - the chef. A SriLankan cook who will make all your culinary dreams come true. And there is Saif with the other members of staff - always there when you need anything, smiling, polite and very helpful. Really good English from everyone and absolutely outstanding level of it from the manager. We were presented with numerous complimentary treats and let to stay far beyond check-out with no charges. The hotel is conveniently situated near the highway, not far from the city/airport. We planned to stay in Atana Stay Salalah for four nights. After the first day and breakfast the next morning we decided to stayed to the end of our eleven-day trip. We will genuinely miss Oman and particularly Atana Stay. No doubts about that!

The food options need to be improved.

We stayed at Atana Stay for 2 nights, and the stay was comfortable thanks to the wonderful team of Mr. Zulfiqar, Mr. Shafi and Mr. Mohiuddin. The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are quite huge. Their suggestions on places to visit were also on the dot. With separate blocks, there is good privacy. Good option for family traveller.

If you have a car, the accommodation is well located for exploring the sights in the surrounding area. You can park your car practically right outside the door. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The restaurant is recommendable. I got a recommendation from the chef and it tasted really delicious. The hospitality, which can be found everywhere in Oman, should be particularly emphasized, but here it is even more so. Saif in particular is very attentive to the well-being of the guests. If you don't expect direct access to the beach, I can recommend this hotel 100% for a stay in Salalah.

The swimming pool was relatively small. There was a kitchenette but only with a kettle and a fridge which is strange since such things are available in any hotel room without a kitchenette.

The staff were fantastic. The reception and welcoming was one of the best I encountered in any hotel. The hotel is very suiting for families. I was upgraded without asking to a bigger room. You can park near your room and some rooms have doors on the back side that opens to nice back yard. The rooms are nice.

The surroundings are a bit unattractive, but there are some shops and a good traffic connection (which can‘t be heard from the hotel. As there is the nice garden with trees and plants and pool, the surroundings don‘t matter so much.

We were welcomed very warm, the staff was always very friendly. We even had a fruit basket in our room. The room was upgraded and so we had a very spacious suite with a separate sleeping room. It was tidy. When I lost my wallet, the manager was very considerate and helpful. The service in the restaurant was also very friendly. The meals in the evening and the breakfast very very good and amply. The garden is nice and green.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed in a suit, and the stay was pleasent. We would love to go Atana Stay again, rather an expensive 5star hotel. Atmosphere is amazing, staff are so polite and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mohiuddin one of the finest staff at Atana. He assisted us during our stay. This property is also near to Salalah Airport, which is away from city so you will avoid that traffic rush and noise. Ain Razat is 18 min drive from hotel too.

Just 2 think I consider must be reviewed. Walls could have a quick hand of white paint again, since they are white probably previous guest did some marks easily and somehow remained there. The bed is amazing, but pillows are not that much.

Staff super friendly and attentive. Great Value for what is paid. Quiet, peaceful and well located site.
