Its so spacious and nocely done. 2 rooms, hall, kitchen, dining room, 2 baths were there. Lighting also very good.

They have a coffee breakout area but not functional. A small coffee vending machine at the lobby might be good (but i don't personally think it be a 100% needed item though)

My overall experience was very good with this property. I stayed with my family for three nights, it was a wonderful stay indeed. Nice hotel apartment, with WIFI 24/7, clean and tidy rooms. The caretaker and attendant (Mr Abu Basher) is always ready to help you with a smile. Location wise very close to Khasab ferry port, have a Al Maha petrol station very near, good sea view, near to Lulu, many eateries nearby too. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Value for money too.

The hotel was very good and have good value for money. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to help in any matter related to the hotel, where to eat (restaurants) and help regarding sightseeing tours.

The apartment was clean, generous size and very comfortable. But! There was almost no provision for basics to prepare food. Kettle, microwave, fridge are provided but no pans or kitchen utensils. Hot plate (supplied on request). No dishcloths, detergent, etc. for cleaning after eating... All could be supplied at very little cost and would make the difference between an "OK stay" to "what a great place"!! As a note the man at reception was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Super guy 😊

The apartments are in a great location as a base to explore around Khasab. In particular we went to Khasab for Scuba Diving and the dive centre is 5 mins away....perfect!

Huge spacious clean apartment, more than enough for our 4 person family. Very nice facility and exceptionally kind staff. We had a great stay and location was very convenient for our boat trip the next day. Also close to a good restaurant at the gas station. Beautiful views of the water and mountains as well from our room.

I booked a deluxe apartment that includes a kitchen but unfortunately it was useless since there are no stove or kitchenware that you can use to cook! Moreover there were no spoons or knives (staff provided them after I asked them), the only usefull thing is the microwave which didn't serve the full need. This was the biggest downside for me and I had to reserve another place for the next two days left of my stay in khasab. Apartment door needed maintenence where wasn't smooth to open and close and cannot be closed by the handle unless you use the key to lock it which was very annoying. It was advertised that there were mountain view and Seaview but unfortunately the first floor doesn't have any view and I felt like this was a misleading information by the owner. One last thing to mention, paying for the reservation was done on arrival and not through online payment, and their POS doesn't accept American Express card.

The Hospitality by the amazing staff was great, the cleanliness of the whole building was stunning, and its convenient location close to the port.
