the pool was dirty and full of rubbish and empty. thw rooms had a smell which was weird.

the location was the only good thing and one of the staff members was nice when we raised our issue about no pool

I don't know where to start, the room was very old and it was covered in mold. they are saying it's with balcony but it's a common area where you see 100 of people standing and smoking, no privacy at all, room was stinking like hell, no parking and no lift is working bathroom are disgusting and it was all yellow. this hotel needs a lot of Maintenance. even pool is closed from 2021.

I miss the swimming pool and what used to be a very pleasant area for sunbathing next to it

The room with a sea view was great. The hotel is on the beach, which is great for swimming, walking on the beach, looking at all the different people using and enjoying the beach and its surroundings. There are several small cafes and restaurants right around the corner, which is great as a supplement to the very nice cafe/restaurant in the hotel garden next to the beach. The staff is great. David and Francis, who are running things are really friendly and always helpful.

Nothing. There are comments about the noise from the club, but I didn't hear anything inside the room. The pool was under re-construction, but the bigger wave pool (The gulf of Oman) was open daily. ;-)

It's 50m from the Qurum beach. There are a small number of rooms in the resort... So the front desk is there to help you out more than in a "Expat-Bubble" hotel. La Source and the clubs are all on one side of the building and are great options. The rooms are simple, but clean and complete. Terrasse access is great in the morning and A quick trip to the grocery got me breakfast stuff for the stay. Much thanks to Francis and the team... They got me started with the OTAXI app and I was off to all the sites in Muscat. The shopping center next to the resort has about everything you'll need for restaurants and cafés. Alcohol is available per local rules at the resort.

the hotel doesn’t invest on it anymore and bathroom and toilet must be repaired immediately, the swimming pool area is destroyed by the last Sturm 2 years ago, and completely rusty (dangerous of tetanus). besides that, the have a bar besides the guest rooms running RAVE MUSIC AFTER midnight. and you definitely can’t sleep. I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights and had to move to intercontinental just besides it, although I complained about it. the bar manager said they have to make business!!!!! I will never come back.

Firstly we had some doubts after reading the reviews but decided anyway to choose this place. AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! The owners really try their best to make your holiday as more comfortable as it’s possible. Location: perfect to reach the beach within 1 minute and lots of restaurants and cafes around. Service: everyday cleaning/ new beach towels/ cutlery to the room/ helping with some questions/ called taxi to the airport -> we didn’t need to do anything and we’re able to fully enjoy our relaxing beach holidays. The 2 guys are friendly and helped in a perfect way. We totally recommend that hotel to everyone who wants to have a great beach time in muscat!

- The resort not looks like it's newly renovated as mentioned - it is not good for family - not suitable for 👭 as its more likely to be bar ! - the pool area very very bad ( desolate ) ! - no specific place for non smokers - no breakfast available :(

The hotel is old and now is under restoration. There is a night club in the complex, but it was closed during our stay, probably because it was in the middle of the week.

The hotel is located in front of the beach!!! Good point to swim! Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Next to Intercontinental and W Muscat.

- Everything was so smooth from booking the room till check out. - I liked that I got a call from the Resort informing that my room is ready. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. - I liked the privacy and safety they have, (rooms are separated with a security door that requires a code).

It was near night club and restaurants and in the night there is such a rush. We had Windows to the city (cheapest room) but noone told us that it will be Hard to sleep there. The resort is in construction so no pool, no leisure. An alarm inside hotel was ringing several times during night. I still dont understand why but it also woke us.

There was mold in the room, staff when asked did nothing about that. Ties in the bathroom was moving around, bath was leaking. Not worth a penny not to mention the asking price.

super loud and noisy, guessing cause some remodeling was going on? no restaurant, no pool. the room was moldy and old, opened the curtains and there was literally a terrace outside that anyone could use and then look in the room?!?!
