Location and good hospitality

The bed was not comfortable. I had thought breakfast would have been an option but I had to go out to cafes for breakfast. I could hear the nightclub sometimes till 3 am Parking was a nightmare AC was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature

Your staff are very good, nice pleasant and helpful. The location is great for the beach. Bathroom amenities were basic but I guess for the price that was ok.

Hot water! I endured cold showers daily until I ran the water in sink and bath for about 10 minutes and eventually got hot water… must have been 15-20L of wasted water. I arrived on a Thursday evening and parking was impossible. I had to park 4-500m away. The hotel has limited parking and the bouncer to the bar initially wouldn’t allow me to park and was quite rude. The hotel is in fading glory and does need major renovation. While my balcony door was fitted with a bolt to secure it, the door was misshapen and had a 1cm gap. The swimming pool is a work site and hasn’t been in use for considerable time

Great location right on the beach with numerous good quality cafes and restaurants next door. Easy drive to Muttrah, the old town and to the airport. Views were pleasant. Be aware that the balcony is shared. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and fresh water provided.

The Pool is under construction. SPA is a bit noisy. Club is noisy at night.

Like about the property is: Location Price View Size The location is perfect even the night walk or morning swim on the beach is perfect. Room sizes are decent and storage space with the washroom. Bright room and having a terrace which is common for all rooms. Location: It is perfect as multiple restaurants have more or less all kinds of cuisine options with nice breakfast options as well. View: You have a view of the beach direct.

The overall conditions of the hotel is really outdated and worn. The hotel is noisy, due the night club on the ground floor, therefore, hard for light sleepers and not suitable for families.

David was really friendly and helpful during my whole stay.

The alarm for evacuation woke us up because of the smog in the DISKOTHEQUE which is actually a part of the hotel!!!! Every night between 1-4 am was difficult ti sleep due to the noise coming from the parking and the bas sounds which were coming from the DISKOTHEQUE. So if you are coming with the familly, this is not a good place for you to stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is LOCATION which is great and HARD WORKING STAFF which is always there to asist in any need. Everything else is... Lets say should and could and must be better.... How come this resort ended up in such a bad condition, no idea...

The initial room I was in had a very strong acetone odor. That's right - just like fingernail polish remover. They moved me to a new room the second night. Also, no one was in reception when needed. I've heard the owner doesn't much care about upkeep.

The location was what I was after. And the price was very good for being on the beach.

Bathroom fittings were old and poor quality. Hard to find staff when I needed housekeeping in the evening.. Shisha downstairs was off putting.

The location is excellent, right by the beach and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was large and A/C worked well.

First, the photos of a classic double bedroom and double bedroom with extra large bed have nothing to do with the reality that met us there. The hotel has a potential, but currently it is nothing more than a construction site. There was mold in the rooms, which are rather worn out. Price way too high for what the hotel has currently to offer.

The hotel served the purpose on this particular trip as it was short and for work where I did not require specifi resort facilities. The willingness to ensure consistent guest satisfaction was unparalleled from both, David and Francis - nothing was too much trouble for either of them and they even went the extra mile to arrange a taxi back to the airport and negotiate a better fare. When required to visit for a similar trip, I would stay here again for sure!

The lift was out of order, and the spiral staircase made it difficult to bring bags to an upper floor.

Room needs maintenance. Furniture like centre table is broken with sharp edges below. Hot water in bath was not available when required. No call bell ouside room. Electric kettle to be replaced.

Excellant staff especially Mr Francis at reception. Great location. Wonderful sea view room.

Some rooms were quite noisy due to the night club in the hotel. My room was noisy, but my friend in the next room didn't hear a thing.

The room was spacious and comfortable and had a shared terrace off the room. The hotel itself was directly on Qurum beach, and there were quite a few options for dining within a short walking distance.
