İ was outside for about 5 hours when i came i saw my room door opened but nothing was missed , i asked the crew to see the camera's recording out there but they refused . They said i maybe i left it opened but i don't think because it makes a Tak voice when you close it .And that's a problem for me because i actually couldn't feel safety there because of that .

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! -Staff extremely rude, argumentative and unhelpful. -Buffet breakfast not offered even though paid for. -Room not cleaned at all during 3 night stay. I paid for the hot buffet breakfast and on appearing for breakfast on the first morning I was told there is no buffet today because there’s not enough people! After arguing that I paid for a buffet the staff said they’d bring me some of everything from the buffet. This consisted of 5 small plates of Arabic dips, some Arabic bread and a 2 egg omelette with a hot dog on top as shown in the picture. I asked for coffee with milk. The staff member said I can only have black coffee. I complained again saying this is not a suitable substitute but the staff were less than helpful. I then went to the manager who also was not willing to help until I asked to speak to someone higher. He would not give me a contact number for anybody higher and told me to pick something from the menu today then there would be a buffet the next day. I said I’d paid for a buffet breakfast and wanted a refund for this. He would not accept my request. Realising I would get nowhere I eventually agreed to pick from the menu. The food I was brought was terrible and the staff member was clearly annoyed that he had to serve me a coffee with milk. The next morning there was a breakfast buffet consisting of larger plates of the same Arabic dips I’d been served originally the day before, 8 boiled eggs, refried beans and hot dog sausages. There was no hot water for coffee and no milk. After asking for hot water 3 times the staff member eventually took my cup and filled it with hot water but told me there was no milk because I’d finished it yesterday! This was a clear lie as the restaurant serves higher quality coffees to paying customers. He just didn’t want to give me milk. I complained again to be met with the same unhelpful attitude as the day previous.

Tauheed has let us check in earlier, which was wonderfull! We had a long flight behind us with barely any sleep so that was great that we could get in earlier and have a nap. He derserves a parries! 😀

I told the person at the reception that I wanted to make the payment later, but he refused. He asked me to make the payment immediately. When I got to the hotel, I was tired and had to walk in hot weather to exchange currency. The person at the reception was very unsympathetic. Also, the air conditioners are very noisy.

The night shift guy always so rude and several times I stayed there he had problem with finding my booking everytime I have to wait long until they find the booking never printed and ready to ease the process of check inn , also few parking available all the other surrounding parking is with payment

Service of the staff, when I return at night to Hotel, there was no Room service, I have request reception to provide me only water , which they supposed to keep every day, but unforfunateky they says No service available after 12, even they can't arrange a water bottle. I'm a regular customer of them but they are very poor in service.
