Noisy neighbors , the room was a bit far from main hotel building/ check in counter, the bed mattresses are not comfy and the tv has few channels

3 times I had to call to the reception asking for room service, beach umbrellas with holes, dirty and sandy tables and sunbeds on the beach, surprisingly poor choice of fish (just one type called “catch of the day”) and no see food

Due to monsoon the hotel was fully booked and breakfast was overcrowded and noisy. However, the food was still great and service on point.

Nice location and well connected with marina offerings. Really beautiful little paradise.

My check out experience was simply horrible and honestly unacceptable and for this reason I may not return to this property. I had an approved late checkout for 2pm and the supervisor called me and said its impossible and I am lying and his colleague called me and told me I should vacate the room right away. I can understand they were full and busy but the tone and attitude was simply unacceptable. After paying more than 500 dollars per night and to be treated in this manner is very unfortunate, other than that 2 hrs the trip was amazing. When i did show him the email confirmation then he said I'm sorry, it was too little too late. He should have trusted me and checked before accusing me of lying.

I loved the facilities and the property, Its very beautiful and well maintained, The person who did our check-in was simply amazing, I forgot his name but he was super polite and I do remember he was from Azerbaijan.

There was an additional payment colllected from me for the breakfast for my family. They told the breakfast was only for me (who booked the hotel) and my family was not included for breakfast and I paid OMR 61

1st day was good but thr same menu was repeated for thr 2nd day as well. So it put down the expectations

I have stayed at this resort several times and continue to come back. Although the hotel is big, it never feels crowded. There is a good sized pool near the hotel as well as a bay area perfect for families. The ocean beach is a bit of a walk but worth it for the stunning white sandy beach and the wild sea. I enjoyed lunch at the beach bar where Ravi was an excellent host, with a pleasant demeanour, providing excellent customer service.

Location is a bit far out of town 20KM but we knew this in advance and had a hired car so never caused us any issues.

Facilities at this hotel are out of this world. They really do cater for everyone. From families to couples, you will enjoy this hotel. Swimming pools and beach is amazing, pool bars serve food and drink all day every day, no matter what time. Breakfast can be served in 3 different restaurants, very nice to sit outside enjoying the view while eating breakfast. So many activities ongoing at this hotel there is not enough room here to mention.

The room wasn’t soundproof and not having a bracelet indicating which kind of board you have may lead to some situations over and over again, from using beach towels to ordering drinks in a bar.
