I wasn't able to sleep at night! There was a strange noise all night that my ear plugs couldn't block out! Plus I dispute what they say about the rooms being soundproof as I heard people banging about in other rooms throughout my stay! On the plus side, I was offered a late check out as compensation for my sleepless nights!

The staff were great - so helpful and friendly! Special shout out to Toodtu for helping me out with a personal issue! The rooms are fantastic and overall the hotel is very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing!

If you want to go around Salalah, better to rent a car, the taxis are very overpriced..

The price ..should be revised ... The Tai rest too expensive .. Rooms roo better to revise the price .. We would like ro revisit but price wise is too high ..

Friendly helpful staff from reception, drivers, caterers, cleaners and everyone in between. It’s a great location to both relax on the beach with soft white sands, or explore the surrounding places of interest such as Al Baleed archaeological ruins or the Arabian desert. Rooms are spacious and clean and feel homely with great décor.

Nothing much, I only wish they improved the tv system in the rooms. At times it felt like the remote was lagging when adjusting the volume and switching amongst the channels.

The Garden Pool Villa was exceptional, very comfortable. This place made us feel like we were living in a movie. 🥰

the room was gorgeous and full with useful amenities. the pool was gorgeous but needed daily maintenance because it was flooded with insects and leaves. the food was not particularly good. the menu needs more variety. service at the restaurants were quite slow, but the staff were trying to make up for that after we complained. overall I would come here again!

Sometimes, the staff was a bit confused, but it didn't bother us, as everybody was so, so nice. There could be more options for food (another restaurant or another menu). I'd recommend using a local taxi driver for airport transfers or local tours as it's much cheaper. I also haven't had my Qatar Airways miles credited in my mileage programme after staying in the hotel.

The pool villa was amazing and very private. Everything was perfect and clean when we arrived. There was a cake with our national flag, juice and sweets. The design of the villa is perfect and it's very easy to go from pool to bathroom (where there is a nice bathtub with great bubble bath soap). The heated water in the pool of the villa was a life saver, because the main pool was a bit cold for our toddler (it was December). So I really recommend staying in a pool villa. We spent hours in the pool just relaxing and playing with our daughter. The place is very peaceful and quiet in general. We were there in December, not in high season. The sea was calmer than we thought (it seems to get rough during monsoon season). This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy as a couple or a family, read a book, it made us wonders. I added pics of the hotel and of places we visited in a local tour.

Guest names shouldnt be at the entrance of the villa, doesnt look nice. No body comes to clean the pool unless u call for that. The pillows were not comfortable
