The villa could use additional utensils and a larger microwave, so the plates fit in. A baking tray would be useful. Additional towels for the bathroom & kitchen and a couple of face cloths would be nice. Also oven mitts or something, so you can handle hot pots. For short term rentals, dish soap should also be provided.

The location is excellent. Nice to be out if town, with some fresh mountain breeze. The villa we were in had a nicely finished bathroom (white, so it was nice & bright), and a comfy bed. Great pool to cool off in.

I get around in a scooter and don't walk well the condo that we had was where you had to Park by the pool and Restaurant and then walk past up a Hill past another apartment and then up some stairs to ours i felt like once I got there I couldn't leave because it's just too hard for me to get around I wish they had worked with us more on the location

Overall everything was great and had an overall good experience. The Staff was nice, responsive and accommodating.

Palermo was an excellent place to spend time with family, visit the San Juan del Sur Bay at night and have a restful night away from the noice and the party goers at night.

We thought they had a breakfast buffet, but they have only 2 choices for breakfast, Nicaraguan breakfast or pancakes and you have to choose coffee or orange juice, they don’t like to give you both.

We booked a reservation for 4 people and for some reason our booking said only 2 people so when we arrived one bedroom was locked and they made us pay an additional $60 in order to use the 2nd bedroom. When we booked the reservation it said 2 bedroom villa. We also didn't have any hot water which was advertised as such. This was very disappointing. Overall it was clean and comfortable but we would not stay there again because of the mess up with the bedrooms.

The hotel has nice villas but some of them are outdated with old appliances or bathroom appliances like the shower that have not been changed in a while. Pool area is nice but service was not great on Saturday morning, there were no towels and when they finally arrived we were leaving, we had to ask for them more than three times. In any case towels very very very old and had lost color. The pool has some missing tiles and edges were sleepery. It's a great place but improving service it's necessary.

Rooms are filthy, beds are terribly uncomfortable, pillows are dirty, hot water is unreliable, water pressure is terrible, way too many insects everywhere, doors and windows don’t close properly, and the “resort” is really just a gated community.

Bed was hard, Pillows real bad, bedrooms doors and windows are lose make a lot of noise with the wind, I see other costumers put toilet paper in the bathroom window to hold them in place, no hair dryer, no paper towel in the kitchen, the Lady in the breakfast area was very rude

My villa was advertised like "ocean view" when we got there we found out that it was "PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW" and only from the small balcony on the second floor. Shower heads in all bathrooms were not working properly, water would splash everywhere in the bathroom. We rented two villas and we had the same problem in all of them. AC in one of the bedrooms was leaking, wooden doors were old and whenever the wind blows they would move and make a noise like someone was trying to open from outside, a few other villas looked old and in need of some painting.

the shower heads need a bit of maintenance as the water go everywhere. it’s easy to fix though.

to be honest everything was pretty good. a part from not having extra sheets at the villa (which I could’ve asked for it). the bathrooms were very cleans and the villa has everything.
