The room was rather small, but made the most of it. A/C not working as the hotel is still on central heating mode for winter. Had to open the patio door to cool the room off as the temp. was 24,5C when we arrived. Slept with the door open and had to use earplugs to block out the outside nose. Also, there is a daily fee to rent the room's safe.

The location was fantastic, one street away from the beach and the 4 km long walking promenade. The bus stop to the airport and to Palma is only 200m. away. Great all morning buffet breakfast. The hotel's first floor has a Zen vibe to it. Nice shower. English TV channels.

We originally booked a rooftop room with an outdoor spa but this was a scam. The spa was dirty and clearly hadn't been used in some time and the bed/room was tiny for two people. Don't book this.

The room we eventually got was fine. The breakfast was excellent and the fact that it went until 1 PM was even better.

Very poor sound insulation - we heard the neighbours all night. Besides, the hotel is near an area for party-goers, which we didn't know, so prepare yourself for a lot of noise when they are coming back.

Hotel exterior not the best but once inside it is very nicely and mordenly decorated, cosy and warm common areas. My double on the second day was good after i complained about the teen lookalike smsll bedroom with two separate bed. Staff were generally friendly but i had a horrible experience with the short, dark haired receptionist. She made me wait 15 minutes, Saud she was eating, couldn't get up to get a wine opener for me. When I asked, what if u was checking in, she said then I would stop eating but for "THIS" I can't. She was actually on a private call, talking and laughing. Eventually she gave me the wine opener. I told this is appalling, she answered sarcastically, thank you, we work like this with the most horrendous attitude I have ever seen from any hotel and j have travelled worldwide. Brunch was decent but lacked flavor and after 3 days of the same think, I ate cause I paid.

The beds would split apart easily if we went towards the center where the beds met, and the rooms thermostat would let us change the temperature, but then immediately change back to what it was originally which was very hot, it was pretty hard to sleep in the heat

Helpful staff, and clean room with plenty of space and enough charging ports, blankets were nice and while we didn't eat the breakfast as we slept in a lot it did look pretty 👍

Balcony door has no handle on the outside, careful about sliding it shut not to get stuck outside. The bathroom smelled moldy sometimes. Matrasses slide on the metal bedframe.

Perfect location close to beach with free parking on street. Very helpful staff. Nice pool area with bar service. Good breakfast/brunch. Daily cleaning service. Eating options all around.

The closestool in the toilet was not stable but was somehow shaking. There is no kettle in the room or the public space. Needs more soundproof in the room.

The breakfast starts from 8 am and lasts until 1 pm. The balcony is huge. Can take A2 from/to the airport for 5 euros and Bus 25 to the center of Palma.

As it was winter time, and floor was a bit cold, but you can turn on the heating and it will be okay. for this price, I would say it is very comfortable and good hotel for 2-5 days.

What we liked most: 1) Our flight was in the early morning and even if Check in starts at 15:00, hotel welcomed us at 9 am and provided the room. 2) I asked if we can join morning breakfast and pay for it, as our breakfast should start next day, but they permitted us to join breakfast without payment. 3) Breakfast was from 8:00 til 13:30 so it great if you can grab some coffee and then have a walk on the seaside and then come and have a breakfast. We’ve booked normal room, everything was okay, but their double bed is two connected single beds. breakfast was good, everything you need, from eggs to beacon, from different breads and jams, sausages and sauces.

The gym is super small, not even all the basics things are there. No fridge in the room.

Breakfast was nice, nothing special but we had several option to select from. The rooms are big and not noisiy. Staff is nicce and friendly. There is an option for laundary for 4 euros .

The location is great; although quiet at this time of year, there were still restaurants within walking distance. Beach is two minutes walk away as is the bus stop to Palma and the airport (both cheap options). The hotel is quite lovely with a really cosy style. Staff are exceptionally friendly and happy. Rooms a good size, brunch was very good.

The coffee and access to a public fountain to fill up waterbottles.

Very modern, spacious and clean accommodation! It's incredibly easy to reach from the airport. The breakfast is pretty basic, and you should not expect too much, especially from the coffee, but it is perfect to be able to start the day relaxed in the comforts of the hotel.

Quality of brunch was basic and some items were poor, however some were good so you could always find something without too much trouble. Room came with a safe but this was charged at 3 Euros per day, not something I have ever come across before. Manager was grumpy at best and when asked if we could possibly get a late checkout (willing to pay) he stated NO all rooms full. Looking on Booking.com alone reviled 6 rooms available to book for the night!

Facilities were good, location was very good for beach and local bus stop also close. Most staff were helpful and friendly. Brunch time worked well and never too busy and options changes as the day progressed.
