There wasn’t very good lighting for the second pool at night which resulted in bats flying around and through the property.

The property is classical and the pool is great. However it needs some updates.

the matress in our room was rather uncomfortable but the rest of the property was great and very clean! The included breakfast was very good!!

Refrigerator made a continuous loud humming noise; had to disconnect. Either BOILING HOT WATER or REALLY COLD Water in shower; shower had mildew. Bathroom window has no screen.... MOSQUITOS were attracted to the light; It was AWFUL!!! Air-conditioning barely functioned; we sweated ALL NIGHT! Maid woke us at 8am; "could you please turn off Air Conditioner? We don't want them on today." fell back asleep an hour later = CHECKED OUT 20 MINUTES LATE... CHARGED $10! Bed Sheets were stained and had several holes. We could FEEL the METAL BED SPRINGS. NO BED COVER, LOOKED like a FRATERNITY HOUSE USED MATRESS. Tv and AC remote batteries were both dead. a juvenile COCKROACH ran out from under my pillow when in Bed! AND THIS WAS OUR SECOND ROOM!!!! Just TRY to IMAGINE, HOW BAD the 1st Room was.... SO BAD that We THOUGHT the 2ND Room (in review above), LOOKED NICER!!! OHHHHH, ALSO: The sell Day Passes to the hotel swimming pool... = * 30-40 loud children filled the pool. * Their Parents occupied all of the tables and seating. * the pool bar and hotel restaurant had very long lines.

The pool (looks nice, BUT TOO CROWDED). The secure parking. (BUT hotel repairman was painting outside with paint sprayer... PAINT OVER SPRAY/ PAINT DUST COVERED MY TOYOTA HILUX!)

The noise levels throughout the day. They allow people from outside in their pool area for a fee meaning there is loud music from the hotel’s bar from early in the morning until late afternoon and during that time you cannot just chill in your room. Also, breakfast isn’t really buffe, they serve it for you instead, though food was good anyway.

The staff was nice and caring. The rooms were always clean.

first room had no functional A/C. Fortunately, I was moved to a nicer room with A/C. The soap/shampoo dispenser in that room was missing

Old and shabby still caught in the 1970s. Lumpy uncomfortable bed that made my back ache. The staff in reception were nice but they put me in a room beside reception and the front lobby that was extremely noisy all night. Continuous parties all day and night in the party room at the front entrance with the Mariachi band starting up outside my room at 10pm. Hotels are booked by travellers looking for comfortable bed to sleep, and food to eat. The kitchen manager and his staff were rude and refused to serve dinners to hotel guests. Begrudgingly he allowed me to buy a beer at 8pm, despite the fact they have advertised hours for the kitchen. The kitchen manager and his staff no zero about hospitality!

Nothing. I was out of there at 8.30am in their hotel taxi with a crazy driver. Was glad to get to the airport.

The mold behind the bed rest.

They have two parts of the hotel. I got the older part of the hotel I'm guessing because the room we got had mold on the wall where the bed rest is. No phone had to walk across the street to inform staff. Bed and bathroom were clean to standards no complaints on that. Having mold on the wall made me upset. Staff was friendly upon check in and check out.

Very big hotel with big spacious rooms, i had a issue with the original room they gave me and they made proper accommodations for me to change rooms. Internet was great and the cleaning lady came by with no issues to make sure everything was clean and fresh. Highly recommend
