Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NigeriaThe canal is full of trash. I think the hotel should contribute as part of their CSR to keep the canal clean and support projects on Waste Management in Lagos. After all customers are coming to enjoy the view.

Kenya- Their airport pick-up service is badly organized. No way to find the driver on your arrival if you don't have internet connection (which is not available at the airport). In my case, they even changed my driver while I was in the air on my way to Lagos. - The service at the reception is not what you would expect for a hotel of this category.

IrelandBreakfast is very expensive - 25USD advertised on Booking. In person fee - quite different - 11 USD. Note that additional taxes- city, consumption tax on top of Booking fee will have to be paid - amounting to 20 - 25%. This is not specific to this hotel only.
Staff we welcoming, accommodating and very flexible. Room I stayed had good views of VI. Gym and restaurant were okay.
