Chalets are nice, however relatively close together. Not disturbing though, so this is only a minor comment.

Clean chalet type accommodation. Very sustainable property, roofs / patios covered with solar panels, hot tap water through rooftop sun boiler. Proper Italian style (sweet) breakfast with various options.

Nothing, the departure!

We loved the premises, and the staff are truly exceptional. Warm, welcoming and always available to give advice and superb service. We extended our stay because we felt so happy there. The best linguine alle vongole I ever ate! I could go on, highly recomended! Bravissimi!

All was perfect.

Location in a quiet area, very close to city of Noto and its monuments and close to a nice beach. We rented a big apartment in a villa outside of the main property , but with private swimming pool and a nice garden. Ideal for short (we spent there 2 nights) and longer stays. Excellent and helpful staff , rich breakfast (at 2 minutes drive through green forest of lemon trees! )

I must say, the beds weren't as comfortable as expected.

The place had abundant greenery, and the pool area was exceptionally well-planned, perfect for all-day relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful, with two tables divided between sweet and savory options. Moreover, the staff were truly exceptional in their service and hospitality.

You really need a car to get anywhere

Nicely set out with separate cabins laid out in the lemon groves.Two nice pools in the grounds that were never busy so very relaxing. Very clean and the whole property is well maintained. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Everything. Spacious property and v clean. Best of both worlds. We booked a self catering garden villa with a great breakfast provided. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Two pools - one v large and a smaller one with shallow separate jacuzzi for children. Peaceful and quiet with great position to visit the pretty beach bars - Avola, Noto,Modica Ragusa. Great base with a car for a week.

We recently had a stay at this wonderful family owned complex. We were welcomed very warmly and the helpful staff went above and beyond to help us with any queries and arranged car hire, train journeys and transfers for . The perfect base to explore this area of Sicily. Make sure you check out the local Pizzeria which is walking distance. Special mention must go to Andrea and Martina who were simply amazing. Near beaches are really nice, however we prefer (because of our little kids) to take a car there, it is not "in view" from the accommodation. The same applies to restaurants - within the area there is a good variety for lunch or dinner; however it is not right accross the street.

Rooms are nice, clean and quiet, there two quite big and nice pools (great even for little kids).

Hard to find something we didn’t like, staff lovely, place nice and clean, well laid out. if I had to pick one thing to be aware of it’s that it’s a little bit out of the way and the last 0.5km to the property a little bit run down (but totally appreciate the owners of the property have no control over that at all!)
