A small on-site shop would be great, just for essentials like milk, band aids, chocolate etc. La' scale takeaway menu for dinner could have more options...

My adult daughter and I required 2 single beds. The only minor critique re: our room was the size of the 2 single beds. The length of the beds was perfect however the width of the single beds was quite narrow for an adult. The rest of the room was fantastic. The full kitchen was very useful, the rain shower was lovely, great mirror and lighting in the bathroom, chairs and table out on the balcony. The blackout curtains were a nice bonus and the pocket doors between rooms made it possible to sleep in total darkness as the sun rose before 5am. Also very pleased with our cleaning lady, Paulette, she was very sweet and always did a wonderful job on our room.

The staff were all excellent, easily spoke English or French, smiling, greeted you whenever they walked past you, helpful with questions and suggestions, lovely banter, wonderful service.

I had the impression that they were understaffed. The bar from the reception area was closed, for the pool bar you had to order in the restaurant.

No negatives and the only minor inconvenience was the lack of accessibility to the main footpath/sidewalk due to construction. There are gates I noticed that allowed easier access to Anse Vata but these were closed.

The property is situated in a position that makes it easily accessible to the local shops (Le Promenade) and bus service for trips to local museums and the cultural centre. The staff were exceptional, the restaurants amazing and the view from the pool out over the beach and ocean exceptional. Rooms were large and felt modern and the staff were willing to help with any of your questions or needs.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable

The staff are exceptional. They can't do enough for you. They organised, they solved problems and all with a smile no matter the time of day or night. The restaurant was excellent quality and though expensive compared well pricewise with other local restaurants.

The food served at the restaurant wasn't great and was very expensive

We had a room on the 7th floor, it was large, spacious, perfect for a family of 4. It was great having cooking facilities

The only small things were that we found the bed very hard and the pillows were all firm high pillows (we did enquire about a softer/flatter one - but they didn't have any) and that the pool bar was not staffed

The Location is great -fantastic for watching sunsets! The pool area is wonderful especially at the moment with not being able to swim in the sea. The breakfast was awesome, lots of variety and very fresh. The room was a great size and the facilities meant we could cook in the room a couple of nights. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The indoor spa complex was very expensive (and only had a daily rate option), given we were travelling with our baby this meant we had no option to access this facility.

Restaurant menu options were limited. Sofa bed mattresses could be refurbished. Both rooms, the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hotel staff service was exceptional, our receptionist Rachel was extremely friendly, booked our dinners, transfers and ensured our group of 8 guest made it to the airport on time confirming all our bookings.

One of the restaurants staff at night, ( she looked like a manager?) was not very friendly. Didn’t really care how our feelings are.

Had their own pool, spa and nice restaurants.
