I had to walk several hundred metres to receive the keys for the apartment. It was in a good location.

The apartment is nice however, the staff should equipped it with soap at least if they do not think about coffee machine.

The location is perfect. Close to a huge aqua park and close to the beach in the main street where are restaurants and markets.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - no kettle and no cups. Too few sockets in the walls. The sofa in the kitchen area wasn't comfortable when unfolded.

The place is really close to the beach. It was generally a present stay, AC was working wonders. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. Lots of good restaurants around the place.

Photos of rooms are highly exaggerated - the room was rather less colorful and looked a little bit sad.

The bigest value of Residence Comfort is the location - near the main street, lots of caffes, shops, night live. It is also very close to the the beach and Caribe Bay - only a 15 minutes walk (kids pace) to a great waterpark.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the apartment did not work during our stay. Some of the plugs were older, probably from the 20th century and we cannot use them (couldn't fit some of adapters).

Location of the apartment was great. It is located near the sea and next to very good restaurants. Apartment was clean and well reconstructed. We also liked very wide balcony.

There was a faint smell of cigar smoke in the apartment. Remote control from TV was missing Pillows were very stiff. Room is cold (May month) but there was air conditioning with heating function. Bathroom needs a renovation. Actually a refreshing of the entire apartment would bring a lot of value. At the moment the apartment seems to be thrown together. It is somehow sad as the apartment has potential.

The location was great, directly on the shopping street and 5 minutes of walk to the sea. Room was clean with enough space for a family.

A microwave oven in the kitchen would be appreciable. There is no lift in the hotel. As the staircase is too narrow, it makes difficulties to transport baby buggy to upper floors.

Quite large balcony which was common for both living room as well as for sleeping room.

We were given apartment number 8: # The curtain rod came off, luckily we were not at home. # The washing machine flooded the kitchen. # The light cannot be used in the bedroom because it vibrates so much that it hurts the eyes. =》 The owner's response was positive that she would send a maintenance man to repair them, after our stay. # There is no shelf in the bathroom, and anywhere in the apartment where staff can be placed. # Unfortunately, the floor was not cleaned, it was dirty, there was thick dirt in the corners. It was a disappointment for us to find a property in such poor technical condition and poor equipment on Booking.com these days.

Good location, but 1000 other accommodations in Jesolo have the same location. Suitable size apartment for 2 adults and 2 small children.

The room is located vert close to the beach, everything was very clean. There is a washing machine, fridge, cooker stove, air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant below (Funky and Sale) offers a 10% discount for those staying at Comfort Residence (and they have really good food). Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Check in is at My Fair Hotel, 700 m away Check-out is very easy, you simply leave the keys in the box at the entrance. There is a parking in the courtyard, you have your own (marked) parking spot. The entrance in the residence and parking is from the back street (Via Gorizia) not from Via Giuseppe Verdi (as the GPS indicates). Pay attention to that, considering that from 20.00 to 06.00 Via Giuseppe Verdi is closed for the traffic.

We did not get a toilet paper, soap and the airconditioner was broken (but the next day we got it repaired).

Apartment seems little but used now (we found broken/damaged items in there, like window, bathroom door, spots on the wall and also fridge), it's normal, that apartment is used by years but i think to call it comfortable it's needed to be repaired. Also the most confusing information: bring the keys back, but in the building where the apartment is located is wooden box with sing: Check out.

I didn’t get that room, what I reserved, but OK, I can accept it. My probleme was that the beds are really terrible. All of them were uncomfortable, like a military bed.

Good and practical place to stay: close to beach, close to restaurants, and very good relation price vs offer. Very nice restaurant downstairs. Good point to drop by Venice by boat.

Appartment was not clean as it should be. There were ants on the floor. When we entered the appartment it was very unpleasant smell, like fresh fish and very stuffy. Also we found dog's hair on the bed.

Parking place and location were good. Stuff from hotel My Fair was perfect (the place where we took the keys).
