Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere were no cleaning products provided. There was no extra toilet paper provided. Only two towels- no face washer or smaller towels. No clothes dryer only a clothes rack. Cafe downstairs didn't open. No alarm clock provided. Had to pay extra for Wi-Fi. No tea and coffee provided. The info through booking.com was contradictory regarding office closing times.
The location was excellent. Air condition worked well (only one in the bedroom) Adequate kitchen utensils. Great view. Undercover balcony.

the location was exceptional within super easy walking distance of both Anse Vata and Lemon Bay…amazing views of either depending on what side you looked out on. truly excellent location. The apartments were so spacious and airy, fairly basic (furniture and amenities) but so nice to have so much space and gorgeous decks and views.

AustraliaNo kitchen disposable items such as soap, washing up liquid and tea towels, which were also not available in the mini shop on the Ground Floor. Had to go to a very good supermarket about 1.5 kms away. No supermarkets at Lemon Bay, although there was a good local shop just past the northern end. Many places closed on Monday.
Location was ideal being in the centre of things. Even the centre of town was within reasonable walking distance. Very good cafes and restaurants along Lemon Bay. Location very good as at the juncture between two bays and sets of beaches. Very good views from the 9th floor. Excellent No3 bus service runs up and down the western beaches to the City Centre and stops at the terminal where all the bus routes cross.
