There were no cleaning products provided. There was no extra toilet paper provided. Only two towels- no face washer or smaller towels. No clothes dryer only a clothes rack. Cafe downstairs didn't open. No alarm clock provided. Had to pay extra for Wi-Fi. No tea and coffee provided. The info through booking.com was contradictory regarding office closing times.

The location was excellent. Air condition worked well (only one in the bedroom) Adequate kitchen utensils. Great view. Undercover balcony.

There were no small conveniences such as coffee, tea, sugar or dish soap provided. Not many utensils in the kitchen and aircon is only in the bedroom.

The location was excellent, walking distance from everything. The view was amazing as we were on the 9th floor.

Balcony door very difficult to open. Wifi not free and reception intermittent and poor. Toilet flush problematic. No dishwasher tablet or dishwashing fluid or laundry detergent. No cutting knife.

No ability to book tours from the complex very noisy at night particularly on the lemon bay side of the complex apartment does not include many items which is covered in other reviews. We brought most of our own supplies which meant it was ok Tiled floors meant you can hear people moving furniture above

furniture and kitchen equipment pretty basic, but we had everything we needed for French cheeses boards and tea/coffee making

the location was exceptional within super easy walking distance of both Anse Vata and Lemon Bay…amazing views of either depending on what side you looked out on. truly excellent location. The apartments were so spacious and airy, fairly basic (furniture and amenities) but so nice to have so much space and gorgeous decks and views.

Amazing location, stunning views, east facing so not too hot in the afternoon. Plenty of room.

No kitchen disposable items such as soap, washing up liquid and tea towels, which were also not available in the mini shop on the Ground Floor. Had to go to a very good supermarket about 1.5 kms away. No supermarkets at Lemon Bay, although there was a good local shop just past the northern end. Many places closed on Monday.

Location was ideal being in the centre of things. Even the centre of town was within reasonable walking distance. Very good cafes and restaurants along Lemon Bay. Location very good as at the juncture between two bays and sets of beaches. Very good views from the 9th floor. Excellent No3 bus service runs up and down the western beaches to the City Centre and stops at the terminal where all the bus routes cross.

The apartment itself was a bit tired, with light fixtures and some switches not working.

We loved the view, the easy access to 2 great beaches and the eateries along Lemon Bay. The air conditioning on hotter days was also a highlight!

very run down, floors dirty (couldn’t walk from the bathroom to bedroom with bare feet without getting really dirty feet!), no cleaning service or cleaning products provided - we knew in advance and took our own.
