We had dinner on the rooftop bar and the food was passable but not great

We had a family suite with a double and single bed in frost room and a separate bedroom with the most comfortable bed we had in our 3 week Philippines trip. Buffet breakfast was decent and had nice live music on in day and evening. 20 minutes from airport, decent pool but don’t expect too much from the beach.

I contacted the hotel to make a request about the room number and they told me to contact Booking.com so I did, but Booking.com stopped responding to me after a while. Ended up paying more than we had to if Booking.com did some work and responded to me. Do not use Booking.com to make a reservation for this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay, we where very thankfully upgraded when our toilet was defective so that was nice. Floor 8 restaurant and bar is nice and sensibly prices all in all a nice place worthy of the price.

When you took a shower water would run out on the floor so it was wet around the stool

Private beach is small and not so nice. They have birds in cages on the grounds, but the cages are far too small for those birds. Our shower fixture was broken and couldn't stand upright. Wifi was weak (even though that is pretty normal in the Philippines). The second pool wasn't open. A little bit too pricey for the off-season and what is offered.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options (filipino and continental style). The pool is big and well kept. Rooms offer enough space. Nice balcony. Nice staff. Close proximity to the surrounding Mactan area (e.g. good places for massages, if you want to pay a better price than at the hote itself).

The location was not very touristy, so we went to Bohol island for a night. Other tourist locations were hours drive from the hotel. The private beach was not very swim-able.

Great facilities, the pool was amazing and super warm! Breakfast was pretty good. Super friendly and helpful staff.

it felt impossible to contact the property. 1) tried emailing the property to ask for transportation from the port but was ignored. 2) tried messaging through booking.com and got a response, but the following message was ignored once again. We ended up taking an over-priced taxi, the driver did not speak any english, did not know where the hotel was and we had to get off nearby and walk to the hotel. we told this to staff upon checking-in, but receptionist did not seem to care much about our inconvenience.

did not clean the room when we were out even if we requested for it. the ref is not working properly, need more wall sockets, and extension cord, no extra chair for the vanity.

The bathtub was very old and damaged, the water was going everywhere on the floor (not well thought through how to protect the shower....) The beach looked beautiful but you cannot swim in the dirty water that is full of garbage/dirt like i have never seen.... so purpose of beach is just gone...! (much better in other classier hotels in Lapu-lapu, were they cared about their waters) The first day, we had a somehow buffet, but not very great, some kind of standard juice, not fresh... the next day, no more buffet... (not enough custommers probably..) At breafast, my wife ordered a boiled egg.... after half an hour i had to ask if they found out where the chicken had layed the eggs.... it took more then 45 minutes just for a boiled egg.... whereas other custommers.... and there were less than 15 all together... all got served and had already left ! We tried this hotel because we were interested in buying a villa that has access to this beach.... but forget about the beach and this hotel... (poor management !).... also forget about the investment in this area! I do understand now why there are so many properties for sale...!

There is no massage service and the big swimming pool was under construction. They asked us to upgrade becuse we are 5 adults and 1 kid as they dont allow extra bed on room we booked. Some of the facilities are still under construction because of the typhoon but the rate are still high.

I like the rooms which is big and the accomodating staff.

Pool and beach ok, but the food was not was not that good, it was ok but not more. same menu for all meals, the quality of the food did not reflect the price, Lack of information and they only had a small aerial far from the main hotel for smoking.

The need for a better western or European breakfast like a full English breakfast.

The food was of great variety and very tasty with ample proportions. The pool was clean and refreshing with clean dry towels always available. The beach was clean and relaxing.
