The cold water tap in the shower did not work, leading to some very quick and hot showers! There is no gauze in the windows, making one have to choose between getting really hot or being eaten by mosquitos

The pool was lovely, and the staff who were helpful to the extent of bringing us a light in the pouring rain, when there was a power outage due to lightning

No basic toiletries. The provided bar soap was already opened. I wish they can start saving meals, so we don't have to drive away.

The place is very neat and quiet has great value for money in terms of the location size of apartments.

The location is not well indicated and the directions on the Booking.com website is incorrect. The shower is extremely small

quite basic, but perfect for one night before heading to the airport early the next morning. We loved the pool and the outside space.

The reception didn‘t expect our arrival, even tho we had the confirmed booking. Unfortunately at this day the responsible lady for the bookings has to stay in hospital and the gardener had to make our Lodge ready. So we had to wait roughly 1h until we finally checked in. Beside of that the staff was friendly and the rest of our stay was without further problems.

A fairly small accomodation. Lots of rocks driving in but the price is good value for money with a fast work wifi, pool and two restaurants nearby. The host was also very friendly.

It was not very easy to find the property, as location provided on Bookings was misleading - we needed to ask some locals. Also, and as the season is starting, some commodities like the restaurant were still not operational - still, this hardly counts as a downside, as an alternative restaurant was suggested nearby, and host helped with reservation

The lodge is well located, between the airport and Windhoek, with spacious rooms and a nice area around the pool where we can relax. Wifi is offered through the property.

First thing we enter the Lodge, they warned us about having a lot of snakes. The room has no airconditioning, and they told us to keep all windows and doors shut. The pool was dirty, and they informed us that it has been booked for private party. A lot noice all evening, and we didnt use the pool. Also after we booked the room, they informed us later, that their restaurant is not open. In booking.com it says they should have all kitchen stuff to cook ourselves, but only thing was in the kitchen, was a waterboiler to heat water. We got only towels for one person, and when we asked towels for two, they werent so happy to give towels, wich was included for the price. At the evening we killed about 100 bugs from our rooms, and outside the door. We informed them at the first evening, we will go away. We stayed only 1 night, instead of 3. We were refounded only 1 night payment. Really not satisfied.

Enjoyed the pool. The rooms were spacious with sitting room and kitchenett. Nice brai area shaded thatched tables near the pool. Ceiling fans in rooms made it comfortable. Share a restaurant with Tans Kalahari lnn next door . Food was excellent. Little store near by ,no need to go into Windhoek.
