Yes, there is a bad smell in the lobby, don't know why they can not get rid of it? We booked a private shuttle to the airport early morning and it was gone because they said it was a shared shuttle and we were a few minutes late. Anyhow, few minutes later a taxi came and we made it on time.

There was no secure parking underground or in a car park that could be used for free. The secure parking was in an adjacent building for which a daily rate had to be paid. No complimentary free parking was offered. Car had to be parked on the street for three nights.

The location of the hotel made it easy to find. The size of the room and bathroom was fair. Security available at entrance increase feeling of safety.

Comparatively small room. Staff were too superficial in attending guests needs, yet they tried - still very slow in responding to requests (it took them 2 hrs to provide slippers for instance). Some of them spoke poor English. Breakfast could have been better in terms of choice. I stayed at Hilton Windhoek which is a next-door Hilton, and I would recommend Hilton Windhoek instead of Hilton Garden Inn. Yet, for one night only it is OK.

Great location, good window view. Comfortable, yet comparatively small room (called King Size) with nice bathroom with a shower.

Paying for parking, the shower glass not covering the full shower so water was running through to the floor. Breakfast not included in price. Asked to warm up our food but couldn’t get it warmed because they apparently don’t do it. I really didn’t like that.

Multiple facilities (like the Gym) were non functional and needed to be accessed via their sister property. Some of the staff were quite cold whilst dealing with guests. The bellboy though was quite pleasant and helpful.

Non pleasant smell in the lobby and the stuff on the receotion should smile a bit

Modern and brand new accommodation in the centre of Windhoek. Very comfortable beds, well equiped room, nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was reach and tasty. Nice pool on the first floor with restaurants service. Everywhere very clean

Only one thing I don't like and want to complain, as I stayed 4 nights in the hotel, the room was only cleaned once during my stay, the front desk was also confirmed to inform the housekeeper to clean the room, yet they didn't come and clean the room. Hope could improve in the future.

The location is very good, easy to transport to anywhere in the town. Nearby block has craft market and shopping center and supermarket, which is convenient. The breakfast is good, variaty of different choices, and dining environment is also good. I tried on night dined in the restaurant, the food was good and freshly made. The room is also clean and quiet. Lobby has the work space for business and also can help with the printing of some documents. Crews are all nice and professional, respond to the request very quick and with good manners.
