There are a few things. 1. The corner of the cupboard in my room is broken. 2. There are marks on the floor isn’t be able to clean. I guess someone who stayed there before may had dropped something on it. 3. There are dirty marks on the bath towel for the first night I stayed there. I guess they can’t be able to clean it, otherwise it will be cleaned in the washing machine. 4. There are too many wall mirrors in the room and in the bathroom. 5. Overall the room is clean but I find some hair on the floor in the bathroom after they tidied up my room.

The location is good and my room is spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The swimming pool on the top floor is a great place for relaxation and it has a great view of the city. Overall it is a great hotel.

While the facilities were spanking new, somehow the room didn't really have enough of a 'wow' factor - considering its stature in Kuching and its price. The room, particularly the bathroom, was surprisingly on the smaller side.

Newest 5 star hotel in Kuching. Stayed here during New Year's Eve and purposely chose the room with the view of the river for hopes of catching the midnight fireworks. Well, you could see them but it's a bit obstructed by other buildings, due to the location of the Sheraton. Other than that, it is a fancy new place. Staff were very friendly and did their best to be attentive.

Not all facilities were available during our stay probably it is still not fully in operation. I look forward to another stay at this hotel one day to compare with the experience that I had.

As it was new, surprisingly there were leak at the bath tub, and during my course of stay, the swimming pool was not open yet, hence to pay such a premium amount not be able to enjoy such facility is such a big let down. They should have informed guests during the bookings on this situation prior.

Attend for today ballroom function and almost end of the events wants to hurry go back rush to airport, saw the tea brekas was ready and for the cakes all ready, want to take a piece only before leaving, but at the waiter said cant cause wait for the time which is almost 4.15pm started. I said just a pcs then i will leave the place to head to counter to get my luggage bag. Then a leader chef came and looks angry face said a words then i dont hear as i need pick up my phone then after that i felt they all treated me not friendly and i just put down my plate and i said i returned back t o them then i leave in sadly. Its ok hotel sherathon. I paid staying there and i paid the function fees too.

New and clean. All staff is friendly and nicely greet the guest eapecially front counter included bell ball.

There was no swimmingpool on the roof, the "standout" feature of the room (pool in room) was absent and we were woken multiple times by construction. The offered solutions were friendly (complementary breakfast and one dinner), but I would still recommend waiting till after the full opening in 2024 to go here.

The rooms and atmosphere are very nice and the staff is friendly.

Lobby ceilings are way too high in a good way!

Here's a funny story, we celebrated my son's birthday with my extended family whom I haven't seen in 14 years. At the party, my boy (who turned 4) got a helium lion balloon tied to his wrist. Later that night, while checking-in at the hotel, the string came undone and the balloon took off to lala land in the grand lobby. My son was crying and clearly upset that he lost the lion now floating high almost 3 storeys up looking down at all of us. The whole staff that night was probably figuring out rocket science and assuring us that we would have it back the next day. Leaving the lobby to our room, our boy was clearly distraught. Within 2 minutes of us unpacking in the quiet comfy room, "DING" went the doorbell with the man from the front desk with a big smile on his face, holding the Lion balloon. The joy on my son's face when the 'lost' balloon was returned was priceless. 100 out of 10 points for the staff working at Sheraton hotel. You've made a child's stay magical with your wizardry.

1) door lock not functioning after a few calls to fix it but there was no action taken at all 2) ordered satay room service, very disappointed satay it was so salty and the satay sauce was not fresh at all 3) asked for extra bottles of mineral waters not served at all 4) no coffee capsule provided.
