I liked the location, perfect place to stay if you are visiting IKEA or Kidzania It does seem a little aged, but for that price it is worth it. As long as sleep was good. I completely slept the night away until morning

Furnishings in room abit dated. Water leaked out from shower room flooding the toilet floor. Maybe bcos of high pressure. I enjoy the high water pressure

Receptionist should alert and give more priority to guest standing at the counter rather than answering call surveying price while we have to wait quite long to get key

I love that the hotel has easy access to the MRT station and walking distance to the malls. The room is spacious, and it is very convenient for us to perform prayer. I love that the local television channels, especially the tv alhijrah channel, are available at the hotel. Alhamdulillah, everything was a very good experience for us. The food provided for breakfast was delicious. Not to forget, the cleanliness is good too. Thank you to all the staff involved. From the receptionist, the guards, the waiters and waitresses, housekeeping crews, everyone, for making everything at ease. Biiznillah. May God bless you all always. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Nearby to One Utama and The curve( walking distance). My kids can even plan their own outings while Im away attending work related training. The hotel has various types of tasty food.

A bit far walking distance to nearby mall. Shortcut to the curve were closed. TV should upgrade bigger size.

The bathroom mirror was not too clean, had some black stuff on it. The hotel SMS concierge was very slow to respond. I asked a question through text and got a reply more than 12 hours later once i had checked out already.

Property is conveniently located for a short staycation, especially for locals. Can go to 1U easily, the curve is walking distance. Breakfast was good, wide variety of selections. The room was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was huge which i loved. I appreciated the safety railings in the bathroom as well. Water pressure was good. Free parking as well.

room - very spacious. carpetted even the corridors were carpeted unfortunately the doors and wooden panel need touching up which will cost a lot breakfast - was ok. but for the price I paid , is good location - easy accessibility

My only issue would be that the shower door was not tight so the water got out and the bathroom mat and towel basket got completely wet. Also it'd be great if the pool could be opened for longer in the evening.

Yes the hotel is dated and everything is weathered. But it is kept very clean and there are no bad smells. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, well supplied and of a great size with toilet and shower separated. The location is great. Not a long drive to the nearest highway. Covered walkway directly from the hotel to MRT station (one stop from 1 Utama shopping mall). Short walk to Ikea, The Curve and IPC. The pool was clean and there's a wading pool next to it. The toilets and shower by the pool were clean, dry and well supplied (toilet rolls, soap, facial tissues). The parking area and hotel surroundings also well maintained.
