There was no aspect to our stay which was negative.

The breakfast was extensive, staff were attentive and the quality of food available was exceptional. Our standard room far exceeded our expectations, the decor complimented the exotic surroundings. We had light meals in the evening which suited our needs. We used the Spa facilities, having massages, which was thoroughly relaxing. The staff throughout our stay were courteous, helpful and knowledgable.

There’s nothing to dislike.

The facilities provided the location we were fantastic. Do expect to be unplugged from the WiFi when you’re in the room, which was fine to us. (If you really need the WiFi my advice just head to the public spaces you’ll get your WiFi) My husband had a very bad toothache, the chef notice and took attentive care of my husband’s meals. Customer service and the manager was so gentle and polite with us and to cater to our requests without fail. It was really kind of them to do so.

The room was cool and excellent. Especially we had some bottles of water and I could have a coffee whan I would like to. The breakfast was exceptional. We could choose serveral cuizines like western, malay, chinee and so on.

The walk way to the room slightly dark in the evening time, suggest the hotel add more light on the walk way for a better view to the guest during evening time. Grip tape to added at the walk way to prevent slip and trip hazard, a 5 star hotel should have a better system to prevent this slip trip hazard incident.

Great service by the staff, very helpful. The staff deserved double thumbs up for the excellent service they provide to the guest. Will definitely stay here again and recomend to family and friend to stay at Mulu Marriot.

Trying to think of something so picky, but I honestly can't. It would be an injustice. Had three nights, whole place was exceptional.

Everything was genuinely bang on! From cleanliness, to comfort, room to restaurant, to pool. Pick up and drop off to and from Mulu HQ or the airport, it was great. Staff were great, and plenty of choice at the buffet every day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recommend buffet over A la carte menu.

They are selling the no WiFi in the bedroom thing as a bonus that allows you to switch off and enjoy nature, but each room has a massive TV, so I'm not so convinced... Given that most people are out on tours during the day, not having WiFi in your room at night is actually quite annoying, particularly because the lounge areas, while comfy, are very warm and humid and you need to go there if you want WiFi. Apparently, Hotlink has good coverage in the bedrooms, but Celcom is useless. Other than that, it's really top class.

The staff were so nice. The bedroom was large, quiet, and very comfortable. Biggest breakfast selection I've ever seen, and food in general was top quality. Regular shuttle buses to the park/airport and return pickup. Very comfortable lounges for chilling out when not on tours.

There was nothing we didn't like about this resort!

Loved the location in the rainforest. The room was spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the massages in the spa are fabulous and the food is great. We loved our 4 night stay here, even being tormented by the cicadas and other flying insects didn't bother us, it just added to the jungle ambience!

Amazing comfortable stay at the Marriott! We loved everything, the food was divine, the beds very extra comfy with luscious sheets. The rooms were perfectly clean and made up for us each day. Can’t fault the property, highly recommend. Staff were helpful and friendly. The gym was clean and spacious too.

The food was nice, but some local delicacies like Sarawak Laksa and sago gula melaka weren't available at the time of our stay. The floor boards on the walkway to our room were slippery. It is advisable to be extra careful. I actually fell on our way to our room. In addition to that, though, we tread carefully.. there were several times that my wife and I almost slipped.

Loved the tour packages.. the tour guide, Lawrence, made it possible for us to experience and learn a lot about the Clear Water and Wind Cave. He was also very friendly and encouraging, especially for city slickers like us who are not always on adventure trips.. rooms were clean and comfy.

The facilities are not well-maintained as the location is isolated and far from the city. But the hotel will provide alternative ways and/or change the room if necessary. Thus, it's not a problem.

The staff was very kind and supportive. The national park is close by and walkable from the hotel.

It was all absolutely incredible!

SO MUCH! the staff were absolutely fantastic, food was delicious and the hotel was simply wonderful. We stayed in the most gorgeous room, I cannot explain how comfortable a stay we had. Best nights sleep I've had in so so long. Everyone was so friendly and willing to do simply anything for you. We already can't wait to come back again! Our flight was cancelled due to a technical fault, and we got to return to the same room and the staff were so calm about everything. We were so well looked after, and very grateful.
