We plan to have our dinner at the resort's restaurant even I've been double confirm that the restaurant will be operating for dinner but sadly been informed last minute that the restaurant was close for private function! We have to drive all the way back to Kundasang town and search for restaurant for dinner. T-T

As mentioned above, I can't expect more than what I've paid. It reach me and my wife expectation compare the 1 we stay last year - expensive, not valued for money and didn't reach our expectation at all!

The concrete decorative animals at the viewing deck was a bit scary and ugly (sorry). Nonetheless, we do have fun at the resort.

I really like the breakfast. View was supposed to be great but it was raining in the morning when we were there which gives a whole new relaxing kind of breakfast vibes. Resort is on a hilly region so recommended for slightly tall car. Lowered car is a total no.

The bed is very firm. The water in the shower could have been a little bit hotter but was still fine.

The staff were really lovely and the restaurant served delicious meals. The view from the balcony was stunning when it was clear and you can see magnificent Mount Kinabalu behind the hotel if you’re lucky with the weather. We had rented a car in KK and found the location of this hotel perfect for our visits to Poring Hot Springs, Kundasang, the War Memorial and Kinabalu National Park. We would stay again.

Meals provided only during their working hour starting at 8am to 8pm. Alternatives given to replace the breakfast with dinner the night before, only selected menu are offered, which were very hawker food style and not tasty. Definitely not worth the money paid for the meals.

Rooms are clean and comfy. Water heater functions well.

The toilet window was stuck, unable to be shut properly by the crew. It was too cold for showers as strong chilly air entered through the window gap. Shower water pooled on the floor near the drain hole. There was an unpleasant smell coming through the toilet bowl and spread throughout the room.

Large and comfy room. Clean enough. The toilet is large and spacious. The water heater worked well. The customer centre and housekeeping crew responded fast and well to my request to help shut the stucked toilet window. Had dinner at the cafe and the food was delicious! The tomyum soup, wet butter chicken, and mixed veggies were awesome. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast of fried rice was scrumptious, too!

Beautiful view of mount Kinabalu and view down the valley from balcony. Simple room with all basic necessities. Cafe there also serve some good food.

Limit choice of nearest restaurant

The quiet environment, a bit far form Kundasang town. Suitable for people who are looking for quite night and able to rest early

The toilet was flooded. Need to sweep water to the drainage hole every time to avoid walking in water in toilet.

Friendly staff, very accommodative. We have to get out early and have to miss breakfast, they offer us dinner as replacement. Even call us to ask what we want to eat. Food is good and generous.

Maybe the restaurant can improve more. The food was superb but it kinda took a long time to cook and some dishes was not serve.

Booking through booking.com comes without breakfast. Little that we know, the cafeteria had limited food and book by ppl who had voucher. Wish we were informed.
