Nothing bad but unusual in my opinion, for an accommodation in this price bracket: safety deposit in cash and s.o. checking the room after check-out, you only get the deposit back afterwards. Have experienced that in cheap hostels but never in a hotel

The room is very spacious and big, is clean and tidy, toilet is clean though a bit dim. There's also kitchen corner and sofa too! Roof top with great views and swimming pool is beautiful!

Great Pool. Spacious rooms. Views including of airport. Tv and wifi were all good. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were responsive when needed. On a side note / Don’t use the 30rm airport taxi on arrival . Just approach drivers direct ..or use grab.

The site is closed to the airport and clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful. We booked the flat with a big living room, open space for kitchen and restaurant, and three bedrooms, it’s really recommended for group (family, friends) trip!

Minor, the couch, and mat looked a little stained and older.. Safe at floor level made it difficult to access.

Good location close to airport, easy to get ride share to other locations.. Convience stores and some food outlets nearby. Walkable to local beach. Basic breakfast included.Aircon worked well, bed was large and comfortable.

The pool on the roof is amazing. Only problem is I was that I did not realize it was there till when I checked out. But the roof top area was amazing when I went and looked at it.

What a great place and value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself exceeded my expectations, the photos did not do it justice. Great bed and great view. Really cool car parking system. Would happily stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable. The floor was dusty on the first day when we checked in, but after talking to the front desk, it was very clean when we returned the second time after coming back from Kundasang.

The facilities in the second washroom - the fan motor is so noisy, it makes very sharp noises which hurt my eyes. The basin is a bit blocked. The water flow out slowly. Luckily no bad smell. The steam iron is not working well, got water leaking out from the bottom. The carpet also not cleaned properly, still got a lot of dust on it. Lastly, it will be more convenient for us if they can install a tray inside the shower room to put the shower gel/shampoo.

The location is near to many attractions - 9 min drive to Tanjung Aru Beach, 5 min drive to a hypermarket, 15 min drive to city centre.

Breakfast options are very limited, theres only 3 options to choose from. Taste wise, unfortunately very bland. Would love to see improvement in the future.

We love the spacious balcony with a great view of the city & also the sea. Love the big bathtub & swimming pool as well. The room is very big, comfy & clean. And the automated car parking space is very convenient, don't have to worry about limited car space and safety issue. Definitely a great and wonderful experience staying here. Well recommended.
