Check-in and check-out may be frustrating. At check-in they asked me to email them the booking details as I booked one day ago and they didn't get the information yet. At checkout I get another bill for the stay even I paid at check-in. It was solved immediately but anyway... Prices at main restaurants are relatively high. Some restaurants require reservations and may not be available for today/tomorrow.

Nice high quality hotel, huge territory. Clean and spacious rooms. La Marea restaurant was really good. Nice swimming pool good for everyone. Nice and clean private beach.

It was a bit of a distance from the airport and main attractions as is situated in the North so required taxis. Also there was a mix up around our rooms on arrival which was a bit stressful but the acting manager sorted it out and offered us an upgrade.

Didn’t feel crowded and plenty of activities to keep us all busy, especially the golf, horse-riding and water sports. The room was clean and plenty of selection of food and drinks. We particularly liked the swim up bar with bell! Also the staff were really friendly, especially Sanjeev our buggy driver.

The limited food options and the pricing seemed to be very high for what was offered. The room smelt dusty. The fold out bed my daughter was to sleep on in our room was extremely uncomfortable and supportive and in need of an upgrade.

The location, beach, pool, animal farm, water activities and other sites on offer were great for our family.

The prices are quite high. We received another room comparing with the booked one. It was on the first floor and sometimes you feel the smell from the shower and toilet. Some of the staff doesn't react very fast.

The hotel is really nice. I booked it in the booking.com and received very good discount. The territory is huge. Despite of this fact you do not feel that there are people. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good, everybody can find something special and tasty to eat. There are a lot of activities suggested by the hotel: sport and water activities, animal farm, horse riding, yoga etc. Rooms are big and clean. Every room has a terrace or balcony. Pools are big and clean. Almost every evening is life music. Guys in the beach are very fast, helpful and polite. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Food was average. Staff shortage and not well trained. Much improvement needed in that area to match the other attributes of that otherwise excellent resort. Lack/ quality ofentertainment at night.

Beautiful beaches, well kept garden and surroundings. Excel Lent location. Clean and comfortable room. Plenty of activities both indoor and outdoor.

1) Buffet food not great quality. Deserts were terribly disappointing. (except for one beach restaurant, where the food was noticeably better) 2) Glass boat trip was great, but the coral seems to be a in BAD way. 3) It felt like the hotel was looking for every which way to make more money out of holiday makers.

The service was quite slow at times and as mentioned, the drinks and food are expensive. The beach towels are a little old/stained and communication with staff could be challenging.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel and grounds with lots of activities on site such as kayaking and wind surfing for free. There is also the giant tortoises which are a real treat. The views are exceptional and the beach is perfect. The suite size is very good and the rooms are very clean. The food is tasty albeit expensive.

we did not have a great choice on the main courses at the buffet dinner but had a great variety of salads. Finally ate healthier.

we had an amazing sea view facing, clean room with a romantic bathtub 🛀 , the service was so nice with the amazing staff on the reception.

Maintenance of the rooms have some minor issues, but those were solved promptly. It is a quite extensive walk to the beach, when you are in the right wing of the building. But that is just the way resort is build.

Very nice beach in the bay, good variety of food. Offer for watersports was also good.

the make-up- i chose a package that included hair and make-up. I think the make up artist is talented. It's just so sad that she didn't have eyelash curler ( she didn't have fake removable lashes so i asked for a curler, she didn't have one either). I think it's kind of weird for a make-up artist not to have one. Also with the hair, i showed her from the very beginning what i wanted, but she started straightening my hair. I had to show the peg again so she'd curl my hair. the breakfast waitress- so we often ordered sparkling water, because we didn't know that sparkling water is included in the breakfast buffet spread. No one, not even one, told us. So we always ordered during breakfast. It was only during the last day that my husband saw it. Of course it was too late and we had to pay for it. Let me just put it this way, i wished i booked for another make -up artist and also videographer for our wedding. Definitely not from the hotel.

the staff at the other restaurants (the barbecue night restaurant, and the other restaurant for breakfast, the one next to barbecue area)--They were wonderful. the room-- the room is your typical expensive room. I liked the bathroom area so much though! it's really big. the pool-- it's more than enough for everyone! and we were always able to find a shade (Umbrella) for us. the surrounding-- it's a huge property, so it's very quiet. It's also beach front. Sunset view-- they have such beautiful view of the sunset. This is what we enjoyed the most when we were there.

No life guards by the pool, and no ATM machine, there was no water heater in the rooms for tea/coffee, and random abandoned dogs walking around.

The staff were so friendly and extremely respectful. The view and the location was really nice, the food was also tasty and halal.

Some of the reception staff requires further training in customer services. The time we checked in, staff were busy and we did not received much information about the various activities at the hotel and had to find out from other staff at the bar and restaurant. There was a bad smell coming from both the toilet and shower (possibly drain smell).

The hotel is located in a nice area and you are completely cut off with the outside. Hotel has a lot of free activities for both adults and kids. The staff on the bar were excellent and provided excellent customer service. The food was excellent and of great quality.
