We are currently on a 10-day trip to Mauritius and Seychelles, and among the resorts we've stayed at, the JW Marriott Hotel in Mauritius had the best service. The butler system, in particular, was outstanding. We've experienced many good hotels before, but this place had the best service we've ever encountered. The staff truly welcomed us, and our butler, Kanan, was especially excellent.
Communicating directly with the butler via WhatsApp was very convenient. In other resorts, we had to go to the reception to book programs or request things, but here, we could make requests directly through WhatsApp. Even when we made modest requests, they provided much more service and kindness than we expected.
We will never forget our honeymoon here. We want to express our gratitude to Kanan and the other staff members.”
