I have been to many hotels as well but Serene Stays has been by far my best stay, the kindness and attitude of the staff, always ready for any need, the best location, in the epicenter of the city means that you can move in any direction and reach your destination in a matter of minutes. Everything works perfectly at Serene Stays. I really wish all hotels were like this.”

  “The staff were overtly helpful. In terms of concierge services, they are excellent. In terms of location, if you want, you can walk to Chinatown or other cultural/heritage/social/tourist/landmark sites, including the famous traditional market, Junction City mall, Christian churches, Muslim mosques, Buddhist pagodas, and the local banks (where you can exchange money based on the official government rate unless you decide to go to the traditional market to exchange at the higher unofficial rates). The hotel's design concept is modernist and chic/chicque. Their restaurant is expensive compared to other similar places, but has some excellent international cuisines and excellent kitchen and service staff, which attracts a lot of expats and business people for meals. It is definitely one of the best hotels you can select.”
